I've had some done by mr. Abadir, and i really do not have any complaints, he was courteous and professional and got the job done; i do know he was recently divorced and had a very bitter ex - wife who was after everything he owned and really just out to destroy him both financially and physically, but i can't speak for every one else in this post, i just hope his day in court comes soon so we can hear his side of the story.

I also remember some bitter employees that had nothing but negative things to say about Abadir, funny, after doing some investigation of my own I found out a lot of their claims were false and simply bitter; Chris if you read this, take care of your image and start working again so we can hire you again (Cherry Blossom Ln. house, lol, I know you'll remember us)

ARSONIST, Chris Abadir is reportedly out of jail! He was sentenced to 8 years for hiring 2 idiots to burn down his house and collect insurance money. Christian Abadir is currently acting as a remodeler! He lost his real estate license and is now trying his hand at remodeling? Haha
There is no doubt he will continue to lie, steal, and scam anyone anytime!

Previous post was actually in regards to another complaint on this site by someone complaining that Samir Abadir's lack of customer service cost them some land investment opportunities... Hence my reply that they were lucky not to have engaged in business with them. I totally agree with what WATCH DOG EXTRAORDINAIRE and MCHAEL FORD posted as well!
Consider yourself lucky that you didn't end up doing business with Samir, Mereille (his wife) and Christian Abadir. He would have scammed you of all your money. His typical approach is to prey on people he meets in church (pretending to be devout christians) and then get them to invest in a "business" deal with him. His face should be posted on the entrance of every church with a warning notice!

CHRIS ABADIR is presently serving 8 years for ARSON. Maybe when he gets out of jail you can do business with him again. In the meantime, his father (and mother) will be happy to cheat, that is, treat you right in any business deal. Good luck, you'll need it.

SAM ABADIR of Murietta CA is a RIP OFF artist. He, along with his son, CHRIS ABADIR has a criminal past a mile long. Check them out and avoid being cheated by them.
