Rugtomize review: Custom rug (Order 16498) - missed guaranteed delivery

Missed guaranteed delivery, rude manager, ruined my event

I ordered a custom rug from Rugtomize (Order 16498) for about $400 as the centerpiece of my event on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 6:30pm PT. They confirmed in writing that I'd pay $86.28 for expedited shipping with arrival Thursday, October 29 by noon PT.

The rug never arrived that day. There was no tracking and no heads-up that it would be late. I only found out it had slipped to the next day because I reached out myself.

A manager called me back and was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused a refund, saying the rug was already made. They refused any discount on the rug itself and only offered about $40 off shipping. There was no remorse. Missing this rug ruined my event. I would not buy from Rugtomize again.
