When I renewed my phone in Oct of 2023 your sales also sold me the protection plan inwhich I was told that the insurance will replace my phone if lost or stolen. I went on vacation in china in October and lost the phone on Oct 28, when I returned from vacation I started to make the claim on Dec 21, I was told it would take 1 to 2 business days, I downloaded the claim form and filled in the information and emailed it to likewize along with a copy of my passport ID. Dec 26 they email me that my passport ID was not accepted, so I emailed my drivers license. Every 2 business days I would call and their customer service would say 1 to 2 business days their asset management will process the claim. After three weeks, I received a email from them saying the claim was rejected due to my claim was "intentionally misleading". I do not know how my claim was misleading in anyway. everytime I call their customer service, they aree unable to help and keeping telling me to wait 1 to 2 business day and their asset management depart will be calling. I still have not receive I call from them and still paying for insurance for a phone I do not have.
