Robert did a little work for us Sunday, Mar. 15. and was paid $140. cash. We contracted for more work to be done today, Thursday, Mar. 19, and paid $550., 1/2 of the contract by check. He was to be here at 10am today, Thursday, Mar. 19, but didn't show up. I texted and called him with no response. We want either the work done he contracted to do or a refund of our $550.00.
