I signup using someone’s referral and got $12 but when I went to withdraw from my account it said that my account needs to be reviewed so I contacted support like the pop up mentioned. When I did I received an automated message in my email saying they are looking into it and they get back to me soon.I had to email them several times because I previously weeks ago sent the same email but they never got back with me . I tried it again yesterday and they still haven’t responded. This is one of the most sketchy apps I came across. It’s odd how my account needs to be reviewed after I got my $12 and that when I first did a deposit I never had a problem.

Also I just sent out the new emails along with my info so you can fix this you guys should take a look at it right now so I don’t have to keep contacting you guys like I been doing for the past couple of weeks

Hi, I am from California, USA. Support gives me the same answers saying they can not help with my account and will not respond anymore when they never helped me in the first place.

I created an account, deposited money and I am not able to withdrawal because it says I am suspended? I sent my drivers license as well as my face and I have literally sent over 10 different pictures and tWo videos proving I am real! They do not care and will not respond. Strike stole my MONEY and act like it never happened! They will not respond. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! STRIKE IS A SCAM

Update: REVIEW RESPONSE IS COPY AND PASTED FAKE RESPONSE, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. THEY ARE LYING! THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING! AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COST. I FILED A LAWSUIT, I AM DISCUSSING WITH MY LAWYER.

Researched the app, great Idea with the Lightning Network and Bitcoin.
I hate giving out personal information to any app but understood they have underwriters that require it.
After Being approved I happily spread the word and earned a bunch of referrals . Did not even bother to sign up for withdrawal methods as was going to use it to tip and use With other Strikers.
They put account on “Review” , emailed them , sent pictures trying to conform to their ridiculous picture standards.
They stopped answering , it’s been two weeks of daily emails, and now they are holding $455 in the account with no one to even answer.

Do not sign up or refer this app unless they fix their customer support experience and reliability.

I’m still fond to the idea of your company and understand it’s not easy to scale growth and support, so I’m open to amend my opinion if things are rectified .

They do not support instant withdrawals to your debit card, only to your bank account which takes three business days.

Other than that they are pretty much identical to cash app, except not quite as robust.

The apps give you the ability to send money to other users of the app, eventually you’ll be a let get a debit card to immediately use funds, but for now you will be put on waiting list. Also you can instantly and easily buy btc, hold, send and sell btc.

The $10 referral promotion is nice, but cash app has an identical promotion for $15

This app was okay, i did the referrals, got the money, withdrew it to my bank account but now my account is under review after i tried to add my debit card ! customer support responded real fast BUT because i wasnt on the email i used for Strike i had to start over. No one has gotten back to me, no explanation of why my account needs to be reviewed when it was JUST made and verified. Looked forward to spreading the word and helping strike get known but if you guys cant even simply respond to support tickets whats the point ! Terrible experience so far.

My account this morning was hacked and they successfully transferred out 3k of my Bitcoin to a wallet I have no idea belongs to who. I contacted Strike support this morning via email as email is the only option. I got a reply someone would respond and absolutely no one has contacted me from Strike. I am incredibly sad/disheartened and I need my money back. Avoid this app at all costs.

Edit: So a member of the team reached out and what was their response? That my money is stolen and there’s nothing we can do about it. Thank you very much for this scam of an app.

Submitted everything…including SSN, state issued ID and was denied, without an explanation. I attempted to contact customer service and received 2 canned bot answers , which afforded me no additional information. Meanwhile, their database now holds my sensitive personal information. Ironically, it’s easier to deal with a bank, just slower and more fees - at least I know what I’m dealing with, with a bank. Profoundly disappointed. I am patient - eventually a new future will arrive and I will have a viable choice. Sadly, Strike in its current form, is not that future.
