No essay and no money – the company is scam
The rep from the company www.termpaperwriter.org promised to provide the essay for me. I paid money in advance and got the confirmation info. After that I was fooled by them. I waited for my essay, but this scamming company refused to provide essay and no one explained why. Also they didn’t refund and no idea how to get money from this jerk. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Never heard about such cases. But U should call the support team or your writer and ask to explain all the situation. IMHO
and maybe check your credit card once more
I wish I could write stuff like that myself, especially in 10 hours, like they did! My paper was awesome, I never got so many positive comments from my instructor.
