Rotita Pleased with this order

I wasn't sure what to expect seeing that I have never ordered from this site before. To my surprise the ordering was very simple and easy. Once my order was placed, I was expecting for it to be at least 3 to 4 weeks before I received it but once again to my surprise I received my order within 2 weeks after placing the initial order. So the shipping was faster than what I expected. I opened the package and inspected my new dress and the quality of the dress was not bad at all. Once I put the dress on, it fit fairly well and felt okay on the skin. The material and workmanship was much better than what I thought it would be. Because I was very pleased with this order, I have already placed a second order and now am awaiting my package to arrive. I hope I am as happy with the new order as I was with this one.

Rotita Okay

Loved the jewlery. I bought them for Halloween. They will pair well. The shirt was cute. The dress is a little disappointing. The picture made it look dressy and elegant. It's actually printed material like the shirt. The lace on the sleeve was even casual looking. If not for the fact it takes so long to ship and fear it would get lost in the return process I would've returned it. Overall happy with the purchase but leery of trusting clothes will look like they are pictured. They should have more customers modeling clothes. Models change lighting and photoshop the images to look better. I need realistic looks not a photoshoped image.

Great customer service! They reached out to me and asked why i wasn't please with my order. They corrected the issue. Thank you! For that reason i updated this rating and review score.

I honestly dont know what peoples problem is with rotitia I ordered a LARGE amount of clothes from rotitia and then saw all the negativity and was so scared and Im glad I didnt cancel my order I LOVE all my tops and dress they fit great are true to
Size except for one top when I reached out to get a return as other have stated I got half the money back as a solution. Anyone who deals with wish knows this is sop for China not to return the item. However the difference between rotitia and wish is rotitia is true to the us size where which u have to order two sizes up and pray. As for people complaining it took to long to arrive - its from China HELLOOOOO what did u expect it to arrive in a few days? It needs to go thru customs. I have since ordered four more times since my initial purchuse and will keep doing so as they keep coming out with amazing tops

This is a scam company. I ordered 6 items and kept 1 returning the other 5 immediately after getting the package. I requested a refund for my exchange. When Rotita received my refund they sent an email that said all items were returned in good condition and a refund would be given. A couple months past and I received no refund. When I inquired about the refund they then sent me an email that the returned items were stained and they were missing one item, so they wouldn’t refund me know. Looks like other customer reviews have this same experience. This fraudulent company has to be stopped and I plan on working on doing that!

Rotita Rotita's lack of customer service left me disappointed

me, and that's why I am disappointed.

When I received my package from Rotita, I was really excited to try on the Geometric print long sleeve black dress that I had purchased. However, upon opening the package, I noticed that the dress did not come with a belt, even though the model had it on in all the pictures. At first, I was really unhappy and felt like I was cheated.

I decided to take my complaint to the online chat staff, hoping that they could help me out. Unfortunately, they were no help at all. I chatted with them multiple times, explaining that I had ordered the dress with the black belt with the white stitching, and asked if they could send me the correct dress. However, they told me that I would have to pay $9 to return the dress, even though it was their fault that the dress did not come with the belt. I felt like they were not taking my complaint seriously.

I think Rotita needs to work on their customer service skills. A good company would have sent me another dress and then I could have returned the first one, without having to pay for anything. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I was hoping for a more satisfactory resolution to my problem, but unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed.

Despite the disappointment, I will say that the quality of the dress was good and the fit was nice. If they could just improve their customer service and make things right when there's an issue, I would be more likely to shop with them again.

Rotita Rotita Swimsuits Review: Poor Quality, No Support, Difficult Return Process

I bought two swimsuits from Rotita and I gotta say, they were not up to par. First off, the tankini top was way too short. I saw in the picture it was supposed to cover my hip bone, but when I put it on, it only reached my belly button, leaving my belly exposed to the whole world. The other top I got had no support at all, which is kinda disappointing because I'm a busty gal and I need all the support I can get up top.

I sent several emails to Rotita about my order, and they replied telling me that I could keep the merchandise for a discount on my next order. What? I don't wanna order from them again if the quality is gonna be this poor! When I insisted on sending my purchases back and getting my money back, they gave me an address in Maryland to send my stuff back to. I spent $8.00 on postage and got a special envelope to mail it back with, but I didn't get a tracking number so I'm kinda worried that they won't get my stuff back and won't give me my money back.

I put the RMA# on the package like they told me to, but now I'm feeling like I got scammed. I mean, the website says they have a 30-day easy return policy, but honestly, I don't believe it. It feels like a fraud to me, and I feel like they just stole my money. I definitely don't recommend shopping here, especially if you're looking for quality swimsuits.

Rotita Mixed experiences with Rotita: Online store with customer service struggles

So, let me just start by saying that I have been using Rotita for quite some time now and while I have had a few bumps on the road, overall I would say it's a decent online store. However, my last order was a bit of a mess, to say the least. The items I ordered were split into two shipments, which wasn't a big deal at first. But then, weeks went by and I had no updates on the status of the rest of my items. I reached out to customer service numerous times, but all they could tell me was to wait a few more days. I understand that sometimes things can get delayed, but it was frustrating not to have any concrete information.

To add insult to injury, the last time I spoke to a customer care representative, I asked a simple question about canceling my order and how it worked. Instead of providing me with the information I needed, the agent just went ahead and canceled my order without my consent. It was a massive headache to get things sorted out, and I was left feeling like the agents didn't understand what I was asking or what my expectations were.

My main recommendation to Rotita would be to have their agents seek additional help from someone who can understand what the customers need. It seems like there is some confusion when it comes to communication, and it can be frustrating for customers. However, I will say that I have had positive experiences with some agents who were able to help me with my issues. Overall, I would still recommend Rotita as a good place to shop online, but just go into it knowing that there may be a few hiccups along the way.

Rotita Beware: Rotita's Clothes are Cheapy & Disappointing, with Poor Customer Service & No Refund!

I gotta be honest, Rotita's clothes ain't worth the money. The material is straight up cheap and don't look nothin' like the pictures on the site. I'm pretty sure the model pictures are photoshopped because who the heck has a perfect body like that? Not me, that's for sure. And I ordered clothes that were supposed to be for curvy people, but they made me look like a rectangle. Ain't no shape to these clothes at all. Plus, the sewing was shoddy, like it was done by someone who didn't even care.

And don't even get me started on the delivery. I ordered these clothes at the beginning of November 2019 and didn't get them until January 11th. That's just ridiculous. And when I tried to ask about my orders, customer service didn't do much to help me out. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

But here's where things get real bad. If you wanna return any of this junk, you gotta pay the shipping yourself. And even if you do return it, there's a good chance you won't get your money back. They won't accept returns after 30 days, but it always takes longer than 30 days to get your order in the first place. How messed up is that?

To sum it up, I ain't ever buying from Rotita again. The clothes ain't worth the money or the frustration.

Rotita Rotita Review: Delayed Shipping & Tracking Issues; Mixed Quality of Clothing

So, I bought a couple of tops from Rotita on April 17th, and they were quick to process my payment. They sent me a tracking number that said "Label created, not yet in system". I was supposed to get my tops between May 2nd and May 9th, but today is May 14th, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I checked the tracking number, but it's still not in the system. It's almost been four weeks since I ordered, and my stuff hasn't even shipped. I'll keep you posted if I ever actually receive my merchandise or get a refund.

After I posted the review, the tops finally arrived two days later. I followed the advice in the reviews and ordered a size up, which worked out for me. However, I'm not a fan of the material used for the tops. That's just my personal preference, though. I do want to give Rotita credit for actually sending the items, but it would have been nice if the tracking information was a little more up-to-date.

Rotita Adjustments Required: Review of Rotita Swimsuit

I just gotta say, I bought a swimsuit for my adult kid from Rotita and whilst it looked great, we gotta make some changes first. My daughter hates plunging necklines, so we got a two-piece swimsuit with a bra inside. But let me tell ya, there's no elastic on the back and it ain't doing a good job keeping the bra against her chest. So we gonna glue an elastic on the backside, side to side, so that the bra ain't gonna go anywhere. And my girl may need to put some darts in the bra to make it fit better.

Now, the short pants that come with the swimsuit top, they might as well have had better elastic on them. It doesn't fit super snug around her waist, but thank goodness for the long top that covers it up. I mean, the fabric and stitching look alright, but dang, poorly designed.

But you know what? We gotta make do anyways. The style of the swimsuit is exactly what my daughter wanted and it ain't worth the hassle to send it back. So we gonna do some adjustments and wear it with pride!

Rotita Rotita Review: Terrible Customer Service and Incomplete Orders

This here company called Rotita shouldn't even be in business, I'm tellin' ya! I went and ordered myself 16 different things, thinkin' I hit the jackpot. But oh no, not even close. I get an email sayin' that it might come in separate packages. Alright, I can deal with that. But then I get seven items, two came in one package, and the others came in a package all by itself. No explanation why the rest of my things ain't showin' up. So I go and put in a message to their customer service, and they tell me that I'll be gettin' a response within one business day. Five days go by and I hear nothin' from 'em, so I try contactin' the chat service. And guess what? They say that I gotta wait another darn 15 days before the rest of my order arrives! What kinda nonsense is that? I tell 'em it's unacceptable, and they lower it to 10 days. Still no good enough for me. So they say that it'll come in two days. And you know what? It still ain't come! Then, outta nowhere, I get another email sayin' that my order is gonna be divided into separate packages. The clothes that I did receive aren't no good, I tell ya. You can't even tell what kinda material they're made out of from lookin' at pictures online. I probably gotta return all of 'em. So, in the end, don't even bother messin' with these folks at Rotita. Save yerself some headache and stay far away from their online shop.

Rotita Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with Rotita Clothing

So, y'all, let me tell you about my experience with Rotita (rotita.com). I was on the hunt for some cute high waisted shorts with a pretty floral design (I mean, who isn't, right?) and stumbled upon the Rotita website. They had the exact shorts I wanted, advertised as being made of 82% nylon and 18% spandex - the perfect combo for form-fitting yet comfortable shorts. I quickly added 6 pairs to my cart and eagerly awaited their arrival.

Now, when the package finally arrived, I was excited to try on my new shorts...until I looked at the composition label. Instead of the advertised nylon-spandex blend, the shorts were made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton! I was pretty ticked off, to say the least. I mean, I specifically selected those shorts for their advertised composition, and now I was stuck with cheap polyester-cotton blends? No thank you.

So I did what any reasonable person would do - I returned the shorts for a refund. But that's when things got even more frustrating. After numerous online chats with Rotita reps, they refused to fairly pay for the returned shipment, keeping a random amount of $35.80 from my refund. Like, what? I did not ask for different material, y'all. That was their own "error" (if you can call it that) and I deserved a full refund.

I came to the conclusion that Rotita, like so many other Asia Pacific clothing companies, clearly has no integrity or values. They're just out here trying to scam us and take our hard-earned money. So trust me, folks - when you see any ad for Rotita, RUN. Don't waste your time or your money. Shop wisely and avoid this corrupt company like the plague. Trust me, your bank account (and your sanity) will thank you.

Rotita Rotita Review: Terrible Customer Service and Product Quality

So, I wanted to get some new clothes for my upcoming vacation and decided to check out Rotita. I bought a couple of bathing suits and a cover up, but it took weeks to get here since it came all the way from China. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find out that one of the bathing suits didn't fit and the cover up was too small. Since there was no return info included, I decided to start a ticket to begin the return process.

I've had some pretty frustrating interactions with customer service before, but this was something else. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with them and I found myself getting more and more frustrated as time went on. I received an email about my issue and clicked the link to view my response, but I couldn't find anything. The website said I didn't have any open tickets at all! I looked for a customer service number to call, but there wasn't one. The only option was to start another ticket, which was really no help at all.

After trying repeatedly, I was finally able to find their response to my ticket. It was just a question, but I answered it anyway. However, once I received an email that there was a reply on their end, I was once again unable to find a way to get back to the ticket. It was beyond frustrating - how does a company stay in business when their customer service is this bad?

I've decided that I'll never order anything from them again, and I'd advise anyone else to stay away as well. The whole experience was a complete waste of my time and money.

Rotita Warning: Stay Away from Rotita - Terrible Clothes, Difficult Returns, and Disappointing Customer Service

This website called Rotita is really not great for ordering clothes from. I decided to purchase two tops for my daughters as Christmas gifts, which finally arrived on Friday, December 23rd, and I was excited to open them up. However, to my dismay, when I checked the tops, they were quite large and didn't fit well at all even though I ordered both of them in a large size. It was a bit of a downer since it messed up my gift giving plans for my daughters. So, I thought it would be simple to request a refund to return the unsatisfactory items. Unfortunately, it was really difficult to do so.

I had been trying to get in touch with someone for a refund and to get a return label to send the tops back. But, getting hold of someone from the company is worse than having teeth pulled! They informed me that I would have to pay for the return label at 9.99 and then a restock fee of 7.99. It's a big headache since you only receive 60% of your refund money. I felt like I had been scammed, and it's not the best experience for my first time purchasing items online. I was always cautious about shopping online, and this just confirmed my hesitations. It's disappointing to see how a company can operate in such a dishonest manner and get away with it.

I am upset with this company because of their ridiculous return policy. In fact, I'm curious to know how many other people may have been scammed and how much money Rotita has made by being dishonest. I would never recommend anyone to order from this company. I am planning to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. They need to be held accountable for their actions. It's sad, in this day and age, that we still come across companies that operate in this manner. In summary, this site has terrible clothes with weird sizing, returns are not easy, and customer service is non-existent. Stay away from Rotita!
