May 19, 2025 - need assistance with RING not working properly for 2 weeks.Even after the battery and chimes have been removed. the RING device rings sporadically & often. It rings when chimes & battery are installed and uninstalled. Have reset several times, to no avail. Could not get help with CHAT. Called repeatedly and received a robot. Horrible customer service and short life span of RING.
Desired outcome: There was no desired outcome. I am left with a broken RING product.

poor craftmanship of the doorbell button. requested a replacement button and was told that i needed to purchase an entire NEW doorbell, if you know the button itself is outdoors exposed to the elements and will easily crack why dont you have a replacement available. I am a senior on disability and cannot afford to purchase an entire setup because the button cracked and now i do not have a clear view. for some reason the cracked button is not letting the view come in clear and is blurry. is there any way RING can fix it?

Ring doorbell cameras.
Recently purchased another ring product to place at my backdoor. Why would you require a separate protection plan for the backdoor device. Price is going up $10 on the old plan to $49.99. $98.99 a year is rather quite expensive for two of your doorbell cameras. One at the front door and the other at the backdoor. Explain why two separate plans are necessary.

Ring spotlight camera pro & protect plan
I purchased the ring spotlight cam pro on April 6, 2023. It worked for 2 months and the camera portion quit working. I have called many times to talk to someone about replacing it because I have the protect plan. I had 1 tech answer and tell me he couldn't help me because he couldn't figure out how to connect over the phone line to check it out. He said that it had to be done before they could replace it. So he hung up. I have called back several more times and I sit and wait while nobody ever answers the phone. There is no email address or any other way I have found to reach anybody
Desired outcome: I want a new spotlight camera pro shipped to me ASAP !!

Read full review of Ringmy ring that I paid for. was replaced once. and now it's doing the same thing but oh on half on one side.
I was cleaning my microwave with Windex that I sprayed on a paper towel. I washed my hands with clean warm water.. I found out you can't even use soap. I'm so confused with my ring. If you have to take it off for the easiest things you do every day. Why did I even buy this ring ? I love showing off my ring. Now I'm upset again with it and don't know what to do. Can you help me ?

I have been waiting for a refund on a ring I returned that looked different than on television. the ring looked cheap and at the time I ordered it, it was immediately taken out of my checking account for payment. When returning an item, it takes weeks to get your money back and this is not fair. I have been dealing with Jewelry television for a long time and this happens often and I see complaints from other companies/customers who also have this happen.
I insured this item and will wait to hear from JT when exactly my refund will be placed in my checking account.
