I booked a weekend at the Wyndam Virginia Beach through Govx/Memberdeals. Unfortunately, there was alot of issues with my stay. I called Memberdeals multiple times about the possible blood on the dirty sheets, the broken air conditioner, the customer service at the hotel, and the elevator issues. I At first, I was promised a refund then was told over 2wks later the refund was denied. I also was told multiple times they could not reach anyone at the hotel to approve my refund. Upon being denied I immediately called the hotel and spoke with the supervisor on duty who stated the refund would be approved. I again returned call to memberdeals and stated I would do a 3way call and denied a refund again.

I purchased tickets through ID
I purchased tickets through ID.me verification site for a military discount to discovery cove in Orlando. We are unable to make the trip to Orlando due to one of the people going to the park having covid. I attempted to have the tickets credited for future use. The tickets were not directed for purchase to the actual discovery cove park through ID.me but rather a 3rd party company member deals. Member deals is refusing to credit the tickets like discovery cove will for use in the upcoming calendar year. Member deals was never supposed to be used in the military verification but rather directed directly to discovery cove tickets. I attempted to go through ID.me to the same link and it again took me to this 3rd party site.

We booked a hotel in *** for three days through govx . The hotel was only $100 a night but through their site I was charged $593 plus when the hotel tried to get me a free night they couldnt because government blocked them. So why was I changed so much and why did they block some of my refund?
I made a hotel reservation via Memberdeals.com a 3rd party entity that works in conjunction with Govx.com and decided to cancel and request a refund. They automatically issued a credit voucher to be used through them in the future. Not one single time was this ever mentioned as a possible outcome following a refund request.
I booked a hotel for Las *** through Memberdeals. After reading the terrible reviews I found online I wished to cancel my reservation through them. As stated in my conformation email I have until December 5th to cancel. They dont make their cancel process an easy one. No one has contacted me back to assure my reservation has been canceled. This place is a scam and should not be in business.
Ordered an item with supposed "Military Discount" from their website. They didn't disclose $8 shipping until after the order was placed. After the order was placed, they kept insisting that the orders are placed "real time" and yet it took them more than 24 hours to even process it. Finally it ships 4 days later and its the slowest speed *** could have had. Waiting a week and then there's product delay. Communicated with customer service who kept providing generic replies (yes I'm talking about you Makayla). After waiting for 2 more days and the shipment not moving, I requested a refund and a return for the package which again they sent a generic reply and no resolution
Overbooked hotel by 1 night, 9/27
Overbooked hotel by 1 night, 9/27. I wanted to check out 9/26. Hotel said they would refund, but couldn't because it was booked through GovX. Order # from GovX is ***. Confirmation email from GovX said I had until 7pm 9/24 to cancel or amend. I called on 9/15 to amend, was told I had to wait until after check out on 9/26, then call. That date is past GovX's and hotels cancellation deadline (see GovX cancel policy in attached pic). Also told refund is dependent on approval from "booking partner" whom they would not disclose. That isn't stated in email. Asked for copy of that policy, told theres no copy. Asked to speak to supervisor, told theres not one. Won't provide me anything in writing. Requesting a refund of $246 for night of 9/26.

I purchased concert tickets from memberdeals.com and due to covid the concert was postponed for 1 year and I recently got another notification that the concert will be postponed again for another year. I'll be moving across the country and will not be able to attend at that point. Memberdeals.com customer service said they will not provide a refund despite the concert being postponed for 2 years I even was willing to exchange those tickets for other tickets that my family and I could attend but they refused to assist. I requested to speak to a supervisor multiple times and every time was placed on hold for extended periods of time to just have the line disconnect.
My return request was not resolved within timely manner. #*** I sent pictures as proof of defects product with sharp edge that causes safety concern on July 9, before going for annual training for the Army. I came back Jul 27 and my request was not resolved I received multiple emails asking me to send pictures as proof as if they never received my original email. PLus my log in was removed without consent.
I purchased a hotel room for 3 nights from GovX through MemberDeals on 08/02 for $517.26. When I arrived the bedspread was soiled and they offered a replacement room which also had the same issue. The hotel offered a full refund and authorized it giving me confirmation of the return of funds to MemberDeals. I contacted MemberDeals who refused to refund my funds after saying it was non refundable but no explanation as to why when the hotel itself provided confirmation of the cancelation and refund because proper service could not be provided.
I used GovX to book a hotel for $174,83 on August 16. When I got the confirmation it stated that I had a free cancelation until August 18 and it did not state that you would not get a refund and only a voucher. I called to cancel my reservation on August 17 and was told I only get a voucher and not refund because that was the policy. It did not mentioned in the confirmation This is a total scam.. I need the refund and I plan on filing a dispute over the charge with my bank. I will not be using GOVX and Member Deals in the future.

I purchased tickets through GovX in Jan 2020 for travel in April for Universal Studios. Tickets expired May . Park closed all of *** of May due to pandemic. Called Memberdeals/GovX for refund in May. I was refused because I was told tickets would still be honored even though they were expired. Due to travel restrictions and ability to travel, finally going to Universal this April. Contacted GovX regarding steps to rebook ticket only to be told ticket cant be rebooked. Ticket cost loss of $1200. Monies given for ticket shouldnt have expired since park closed or ticket shouldve been rebooked without extra daysjust applied to regular ticket purchase. After working through pandemic as nurse, this is such a slap in the face from a company that supposedly supports medical personnel

I bought a pair of shoes on line and when they arrived they did not fit so I promptly returned them. During the return process I was asked on line if I would like my money back or credit and I chose credit.. It has been well over a month and I still do not have the credit. So at this point I do not have the shoes or the money it took to buy them. All I want is my credit so I can purchase something else
Govx said they would give me a lower hotel rate because I'm a veteran 20% off... When in fact they charge almost twice as much this is a division of Expedia.. I called for 2 days emailed no action they said it's non-refundable they deceived me told me they would give me a price match for anything they charged me $187 when the room is only $96 I had to call my card and get it canceled because they would not refund the money back.. and they are still trying to charge me with a pending charge..
Re: GovX and Memberdeals I used GovX to book a hotel with what was supposed to be a first responder discount. When I got the confirmation it was much more than what was advertised and a third party. I had 4 days to cancel. I immediately started emailing to cancel with no response. I called and was given the run around then started to read about others experience in not getting their refund. Total scam. Unacceptable for a volunteer firefighter trying to take his family on a vacation now we don't have the money because they are a total scam. I need the refund and I plan on filing a dispute over the charge with my bank.

I purchased 4 concert tickets 12/1. The concert ended up being postponed until further notice due to Covid. On 12/3 I received an email stating that they were canceling the Billie Eilish tour so I contacted Gov X in regards to my refund. I spoke to representative *** from Gov X who advised me I could not get my refund back on my card and as per their policy I would get it back as store credit. I explained to Mr. that the event was canceled due to covid and he stated there was nothing he could do. The total amount paid for the tickets were $672 and $504 of that money I need to pay back to the 3 others that were supposed to go to the concert with me. Gov X should take the fact that the tour was canceled due to covid into consideration and refund me the money back on my CC.

Once at the venue, the merchant refused to provide the service I paid for. They said they had not been paid by MemberDeals, and I would have to contact MemberDeals for any refund. I have called MemberDeals twice, emailed them twice, and discussed the issue with an agent by phone. Both times I was assured that a supervisor would review my case and contact me. I never received a response from them. This has taken a month. During my last call, I was told that they have a no refund policy. This does not indemnify MemberDeals from charging me for a product that they did not pay the merchant for, and which I never received. This is fraud. They still refuse to give me an answer or return my calls / emails.

Later, I noticed a charge from Deals on my credit card statement. Contacting customer service again, I was reassured the sale was void and I wouldn't be charged, yet the charge remained. I've also contacted my credit card company for assistance.

Recently I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my son and daughter in law off the GovX website (OrderID ***) . They are both big into CrossFit and I recognized the brand and thought they would like them. Turns out the shoes weren't for them. The shoes also weren't cheap. GovX states that they have an easy return policy, I followed the process, mind you this is a week after I have received the shoes, that have not even come out of the box. They send me emails stating that they have accepted the returns and that I should receive the return shipping labels in the next 24hrs. This correspondence happened on 4/23. Since then I have not received the labels, and have sent 3-4 different new requests for help, to no avail. I now have $260+ outstanding on my card for almost a month, and two pairs of shoes that are no use to me. Now I can't get anyone to help me get a label, or even respond. There is no number to call. Please help.

We purchased tickets on 3/6 for a concert in July via Memberdeals/GovX. Eventually, the concert would be rescheduled to the following year (Oct 2021.) We reached out initially to request a refund and were told no, due to the show not being cancelled. Eventually, we received orders and had to move to a new state. Again, we reached out and were told no and that we could try and sell the tickets. Well, the concert comes and goes and we never receive tickets via email/mail. After reaching out to Memberdeals once more, we were told that all sales were final and there would be no refund. Obviously, if we had received tickets this is understandable. However, because we never received them, we've essentially given the company money for an service that was not realized. GovX is great but their third party ticket vendor is abhorrent and relies on unscrupulous and confusing business practices to avoid having to honor customer commitments when things happen.

Due to the lockdown with Covid, we decided to make the kids happy and give them a purchase a trip. We purchased tickets to Discovery Cove with other parks the first week of August. Due to the difficulties with the upcoming school year and Covid changes, the schools changed dates for teachers to return now preventing us the ability to make our trip as my wife is a teacher. We called to cancel and get a refund and were told we could not get a refund and had to change the dates. The only dates available we could attend would be Thanksgiving week however, Aquatica shows to be closed during that time. I cannot understand how this is a company who is supposed to help servicemembers yet won't provide refunds. Do they not understand that servicemembers are called to "duty" at any moments notice and things change. Covid and the school system are obviously being affected as well and we are being penalized to lose ALOT of money we don't have to throw away. We would kindly like a refund.

I made a hotel reservation on 7/1. I called GovX on 7/ 5/21 and informed them that I needed to cancel the reservation. The website states that there is free cancellation until July 11. The agent told me that she would have to review it. After being on hold, she said I would get a credit voucher which was $609.20. I told her I needed a refund to my checking account instead. She said she would check again. She returned and stated that she talked to the hotel and that I would receive a full refund. She said I would receive the money within 15 days. I asked her why It took so long. She stated that the hotel had to process the money and Govx had to process it and refund it to me. I asked for a manager name to verify that I would receive my refund. She said there was no manager and that I could check the notes online using my order number ***. I checked and found no notes or history of my order. After reading other complaints I am VERY worried I will not get my refund.

On Januray 21st, 2021, I purchased 4 tickets ($408) for Dallas Stars NHL Game scheduled for Feb 18th. We took two weeks off for family vacation, having a road trip from San Diego to Texas. However, unfortunately, the winter storm hit Texas, and the game was postponed without any rescheduled day while we were in a hotel in Pecos Texas. We assumed that tickets could be refunded since it was out of our control. After talking and communicating through e-mails with four different "customer service" representatives, no one was able to resolve our issues. We are very disappointed with Gov X who claims that they provide "guaranteed satisfaction." An initial customer representative told me that he "could help with a refund if it was hotels or concerts." I did not understand why they could not help us with sports tickets if they could help with refunds from hotels or concerts. I have been customer for the last 15 years, and I have never asked for a refund until this special circumstance.

Booked on govx.com for an undisclosed amount through member deals. Included hotel room and LEGOland tickets for 8/23-8/24. On 8/22, a state of emergency was declared in our area, prompting a refund request. Despite assurances from a manager, our refund was denied without our knowledge. Persistent inquiries to memberdeals yielded no resolution. On 9/7, a supervisor acknowledged a misunderstanding but offered no remedy, leaving us without options or compensation. Future purchases from memberdeals are unlikely.

On August 7th,I I purchased a hotel room from the site GovX. The receipt I was emailed was from MemberDeals, I am not sure if MemberDeals is a partner or servicer of GovX. The order number is *** and the dates I purchased the hotel room for the dates of 8/20-8/25 at the ***. I stayed at the hotel for those dates and when I was on my way home from vacation I noticed I was charged an additional $622 from the hotel. I called the hotel and asked what had happened, and they said they never received a credit card to charge from MemberDeals. I called MemberDeals and they originally told me it would take 72 hours for my refund to be accepted and then I would be refunded within 15 days. Well now every few days I get and email stating they have no resolution to my request and I will have to wait an additional 72 hours for an update. Now from all the reviews I have read online it sounds very unlikely I am going to get my refund.

Because of a vision disability, I was unable to see the screen clearly and apparently I booked 6/12 instead of 6/19 (I apparently clicked the wrong Saturday). I called the GOVX/MembersDeals hotline at *** and was on the phone for 65 minutes explaining my disability and that I just simply clicked the wrong date and needed to change it. The agent I spoke with told me that supervisors are not available, ever - but she could have one call me back. A quick Google of GovX/MemberDeals customer service reviews on Complaintsboard.com and other social media sites revealed that this company never returns phone calls, voicemails, or emails. If this complaint is reviewed by Complaintsboard.com, please pull the recorded line. The agent explicitly stated that the terms of service that I agreed to on the website when I purchased my tickets are different than the vendors terms of service that she read from

The first problem that I noticed after receiving my 5.11 2 Banger Bag was how it was shipped to me, which was in a thin plastic bag with no protection. After I opened the packaging, I found the item to be defective; the back pocket sagged as it was not applied properly, and there were several areas around the bag that were not stitched properly, either. I reached out to GovX via email to request a full refund, including my shipping cost, and a prepaid return shipping label. On the invoice, it states that an item needs to be returned in a box with protection. I also stated in my initial email that I was confused by this, because I received the product in a thin plastic bag. ***. at GovX replied with a long laundry list of requirements I had to perform before a return would be considered, including taking several pictures. Nowhere on the website or shipping label does it state this. I informed Sarah of this and she replied again with the same response and I asked for a supervisor.

Well...I got an Mail stating that my request was denied and I would not be getting a refund. I just got hung up on right now by MemberDeals and this is the 3rd day in a row trying to resolve this issue. Only answer i can get is "your request was denied". I know my request was denied but it shouldn't have been denied. Thats all i get. I am going to file complaint with my bank. This is crazy, they are stealing my money right now. Lying straight to my face and I have to pull phone records and Mails I have to prove them wrong.one said it was after 4:00pm they received the cancelation request. DUE TO COVID my family decided against switching hotels while in Aruba
DUE TO COVID my family decided against switching hotels while in Aruba. We had extended our trip a few days and originally made plans to switch hotels. After reconsidering the fact that with our two children in light of COVID it was not wise to change locations. We called to cancel nearly immediately after with no response. Then within he 24 hour window, we not only emailed with no response, we were told to call a number that no-one attended to. COVID rules said we had 24 hours to cancel after booking. We contacted the *** (the hotel we had booked) and spoke with the manager, explaining our situation. He told us the *** would not be charging but they had no control over GOVX. He noted in their system, said they would be understanding. This has been a 4 month battle, with little to no response from GOVX. We never checked into the hotel, were unable to contact anyone from GOVX, and are still being charged the FULL amount of nearly 600. I am beside myself with frustration with them taking advantage and being unresponsive. Please help.

I used GovX to make a 1-night hotel reservation for my father-in-law and paid $220. Unfortunately, the hotel did not receive the reservation from the third-party vendor used by GovX. I reached out to GovX in an attempt to recoup my money since the hotel did not have the reservation. Unfortunately, GovX doesn't even give you the option to talk to a real person, any assistance is done via their automated system on their website. I received an automated message from GovX that they couldn't assist because their hotel reservations are handled by MemberDeals. Unfortunately, MemberDeals denied my request for a refund claiming that the hotel denied issuing a refund. The hotel did not have any records of the reservation, so it is understandable why the hotel won't issue a refund. I decided to do a search of MemberDeals and it appears that they don't have the best reputation and are known for not issuing refunds. So I'm concerned as to why GovX continues to use MemberDeals and allows their shady business practice to have a negative impact on the customers, especially considering that GovX customers are members of the military. I feel as though GovX is using the third-party excuse as a way to exempt themselves from any responsibility.

I have a long chain of emails regarding the purchase I made back in October 21 and it is now December 09. Simply put i asked for a refund because the shipping information IRT a Benchmade knife, that I overlooked, stated it would take up to four weeks deliver. When I contacted customer service, they told me that it was taking that long because they are "custom ordered" knives. I immediately explained what the difference was between production knives and "custom knives" since I am a collector and was trying to get my wife, also retired Navy, a gift. After that, I was told to please wait but I expressed that I did no longer want to wait and I wanted a refund. The following email in return from GOVX customer service rep was that they cannot issue me a refund. I have to wait till I receive the item, then send it back. NO OTHER COMPANY DOES THIS. That is such a waste of their money to pay for the shipping to send it to me and then pay for the shipping to send it back to them. My order details are as follows: Order #*** (Processing) Order date Sub-total Shipping Tax Discounts Credits Used Total 10/21 $186.97 $7.95 $16.08 $0.00 $0.00 $211.00 I expressed how I do not want the knife. I do not want to wait for the knife and then send it back. I wanted my refund to my paypal account. The last email I received is that there is a delay with Benchmade, something went wrong and they would respond back to me in essentially 48 hrs. or less. I am extremely unsatisfied and their lack of willing to comply to issue me a refund for a knife I no longer want. By the way, I contacted Benchmade and they showed on their website that production knives were shipped at ground, 3 day, 2 day, next day air. I got my wife's Benchmade knife in 4 days. I'm still waiting on this knife from October 21st. I don't want it.

On January 6,2022 I ordered a *** club membership. I was not able to make the final connection. So I spent $14.99 0n nothing. I have called customer service to no avail. This was made through member deals.com
On January 1st we purchased 6 tickets to Monster Jam for $270.00 As of January 24th we still do not have our tickets. We have contacted Member deals Govx numerous times about the tickets and they send us links stating that they have transferred the tickets but everytime we open the link it says that the tickets have been accepted by another e-mail address. I have requested my money back but they say all sales are final. Even though they have not given me my tickets and won't return my money.
I placed a dumbbell in my online cart on govx.com. The system cued me that I would not be charged until I hit submit. I was checking to see what shipping was. The system then charged me for the item. I immediately contacted the company and have had daily emails where they refused to stop the order, refused to allow a refund and then finally allowed a refund if I paid shipping for the 40 pound item which is prohibitive. They refuse to refund me the shipping. I never ordered the item in the first place, either they are a scam site or their system glitched. But I shouldnt have to pay the $50 or so that it would cost to return the item that I never ordered
Order a Benchmade 940. Order number was redacted. Tracking provided by the courier shows delivered, but never received product. The courier advised I should call police and report package stolen. I can't be sure it was actually delivered so I don't want to file a report saying it was. They will not help unless I file the report. This item was expensive and I cannot believe it was just supposedly left with no signature required.
