ForSaleByOwner.com reviews and complaints

I recently purchased a package from ForSaleByOwner.com and have had the worst experience with them. Their advertising is extremely misleading. If you purchase their MLS package...you will be required to sign an exclusive agreement (and some other fine print) with a Realtor! They do not tell you this until they have your money! Customer service said they could not help me. The person that can help me continues to ignore my concerns and questions. Three weeks later I have received nothing of value from them and they have not addressed my request for a refund. I honestly believe that their strategy is to ignore dissatisfied customers until they give up so they can keep their money. I am surprised there are not more reviews warning people about this company. I feel like I fell for an internet scam. Hopefully my review will help save someone else from getting in this type of situation.
