I purchased 2 x 545kg ice cube machines from David Fan of CenShine about 14 months ago and I still have not received anything from them. He has blocked my messages and emails as well as my chosen shipping company that I had to find because David refused to ship my equipment bc Indonesian customs was being more strict and he was afraid that he would have problems in Customs. He was supposed to refund my Freight money after I filed a complaint through Alibaba but instead he blocked all communications with me. He has been arrogant and knows nothing about the level of service that I am accustomed to in dealing with American companies. DO NOT conduct any kind of business with David or CenShine... you WILL loose your money.
