Bellus Medical Spa review: Potential Scam Alert 7

I visited Bellus Medical Spa in Waters Tampa, to get a medical weight loss treatment, I am a diabetic patient. During my first and only visit, I was received by a medical practitioner who acted as a Doctor by the name of Felipe. He lead me to believe he was the doctor because he spoke to me about my health, he explained to me what my plan was going to be, he advised me how I had to follow it and, he told me about the medication that they he was going to prescribe me, he ordered my tests from the nurse and he never made it clear that he was not a doctor. There were several people in the clinic, after that he left to see other patients and I stayed with the nurses getting my BMI and gave me a shot I don’t know the components of it. I spoke to several people while waiting including a man who spoke to me about Spain and how he lived in Spain and how he loved it, and now after my complaints they are telling me that he happened to be the doctor, the one who I never even spoke about a treatment or medical conditions or prescribed me or even spoke about my health with me.
The one who I met with and had my 15 minute consultation with is Felipe who proceeded advise me exactly how to follow the treatment and his medical diet. He put me under a plan consisting of a 500 daily calorie intake and Phentermine, Felipe or Phillip, I am not sure of his real name, told me that he was going to set me up in a special plan that was going to allow me to save 5 dollars a week per visit. Because it was late they never did my blood tests to be able to prescribe the pill, but that wasn’t important because if I paid, the fee they would still give me the pill even without the testing, they explained to me that if I paid, they would fill in the prescription I didn’t have to go to a pharmacy. They told me that I could come any day without appointment, I never got my tests done paid 125.00 got my pill and left with my 500 a day diet regimen.
Dr Felipe, proceeded to tell me about his special plan that included weekly visits and told me that every week once I came for my injections and doctor’s visit, they would auto deduct my payment to save time and money, and that if I wanted the discount another advantage was that he was going to give me the 30 days of pills in advance. I only visited him once and after that they closed for over a week and weren’t open on Fridays so it was hard to advance, with the treatment, I called and left two messages to please call me and never got a call back. After several messages and a couple of emails 325.00 of weekly deductions later they, I got an email response saying that they wanted to help me therefore, they would only stop the charges for two weeks but they would start charging my account again in two weeks to understand that the reason why they did that was to help me. But even after they agreed to stop they kept charging my account and when I called to request an explanation, they adopted the an automatic aggressive behavior I asked to speak to the doctor and a lady with a Colombian accent told me that she didn’t need to give me any doctors names, that they were not going to stop them from charging the card, I insisted to please allow me to know the doctors name that I saw and she never disclosed the information. She asked the reason why I needed the doctor’s name and she told me that they had a doctor that work with them but he hasn’t been there for a long time because he was out of town, but that they had another doctor but they never know who is going to be the one that comes once a month, and she kept asking why did I need to know that. I handed up and after thinking about it, I called her back asking her to please charge for the pills given and refund the rest of the money charged for the testing, injections and Dr. visits that were never used, since I could initiate the program correctly and our days didn’t work for scheduling and instead of trying to talk to me and work with me they started a round of very illogical threats and insults and offenses, they called me a scammer, telling me that I wanted the medication for free and that I was a thieve trying to get free service among many other overly aggressive insults. Every time I asked for the doctor’s name total to the business license holder I received treats that didn’t stop, and even more continued to the extent that I was receiving daily calls and messages left in my voice mail and at work threatening me to engage me in a legal process for trying to scam them to get free medication. I kept calling them and asking them to stop the threats and finally, filled out a scam report to prevent others from falling in to the scam. They try to intimidate me from asking for my money back or formulating any claims.
I went to see my, who is covered by my insurance, and he actually told me that it was a diet to kill and they should have never started such a hard regimen without blood tests first, obviously the money was more important.
they are not a medical clinic – they don’t have steady doctors, rather than use doctor’s licenses to render services and when I started asking for the doctors who treated patients there they got nervous and aggressive, I can’t understand how the government allows companies to provide these services where they can distribute these drugs and walk out in exchange if money, without proper responsible care and how they are licensed to allow patients to walk out of their office with the very controlled substance without previous tests done or a responsible medical assessment in exchange of 325 dollars. They only saw me once and continued with 5 charged to my account in 6 weeks.
I never received a call to follow up but they were very diligent to get weekly money and charge for services they never provided, they gave me 30 pills of Phentermine for $326 dollars, the full amount they tried to steal from me. And when I tried to stop them I was treated like a criminal and threatened
The pills gave me a very strong heart beats - They altered my mood and behavior - They didn’t let me sleep at night and changed my sleeping cycle now I have to take sleeping medication to be able to try to sleep at a regular hour, and because I don’t sleep well I am very tired to work since the energy levels are affected to the lack of sleep, for the insomnia caused by the pills.
I lost 13 pounds in one week- That I gained back immediately - I was at the border of fainting many times - I was dizzy and weak - The diet affected my organism to the point that it changed my stomach functions I am now taking medications for constipation that has at the same time caused painful hemorrhoids.
And on top of all these side effects I was scammed with 325.00 for a bottle of pills and threats to send me to jail because I pay them with my mom’s credit card, with all of her authorization of course. Among personal and other treats to take me to jail for slandering because I exercise my rights of expression and filled a scam report telling the story so It won’t happen again.
It is my intention to formally accuse these business of unethical and dangerous practices to avoid damage to others in the future but also because they charged me for services that I could use and they didn’t provide. There is a possibility that these activities may be legal, and I may not be aware of it, but I find it very hard to believe.

I know you must feel very stupid to realize that your phone and written threats don't work at all, If You Thought that by threatening with a stupid law suits, by calling me a thieve to still a pill, by trying to revert things and calling me insults I was going to stay quiet, please remember that I told you that for every Threat another scam report was going to be posted. I dont repond to threats of any kind, much less when I know I am right and I have the law in my side. When you own the truth and have proof there is nothing that can quiet you . I am filing scam reports until I can advise enough people to avoid your business scam. I WILL ADVISED YOU that I will not stop and I told you clearly to choose the right path because with me, it wasnt going to be easy. I am not an easy victim, in other words you will not scam me. I have the right and the law in my hand and your business will close, every insult and every threat will result in a new report.

I am sure that by now you started to fix your office and started putting things in order and throwing out proofs and documents that can incriminate you, and I am sure that now you got a doctor available as well as fixed files and incriminating documents, but my friend tests results can't be faked, i will have the time of my life seeing you proove the results of my tests that you never took before you medicated me . So strat fabricating your proof and do all you want but you ill be punished for trying to extortion me and threatening me to keep quiet so you could scam me in peace. Now that you know that I will not stop I will also show proof of formal complaints to everyone as you advised me. YOU AND YOUR STUPID ATTORNEY THREATS DO NOT WORK I HAVE THE TRUTH AND I WILL NOT STOP THE REASON WHY I AM NOT SCARED OF YOUR CALLS AND THREATS IS BECAUSE I HAVE THE LAW IN MY SIDE, STUPID SCAMMER. I am a decent working woman who earns money in a decent way, and Ill be dead before I let a cone artist and scammist posing as a doctor steal my money and threaten me so i can get scammed quietly. Stupid this time you tried to victimized the wrong party. have fun trying to convince people that I try to scam for free diet pills, I don't know how you are not ashamed of showing so openly your low class scam.
