Regnow.com is not a company to be trusted. AM a Vendor and just started using them barley a month but now I cannot access my account. I have also tried to reset my password thinking that would solve the issue but I keep having issue and now I cannot use the form on their website to contact them but are giving error. I have contacted them and have ignored me. I don't know what to do now because I have over $2000 us dollars trapped on the account. The annoying thing is that they keep billing my customers and charging their cards without notifying me and when I confront the customer to provide their evidence of payment they actually turn out to be right. Regnow have been secretly billing my customers without sending me the normal e-mails and update to enable me service my customers well and without concern as I have now.
I don't know if this is a deliberate attempt to block my account but I didn't bridged any of the terms of service.
If someone can share any genuine ideas to to tackcle Regnow.com or to get the appropriate authority to investigate their conduct.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
also, just found charge on my checking acct from this company of which i know nothing about.
I purchased CyberDefender (MyCleanPC) spftware for 19.95. After deducting the said charges, they continued to deduct 25.95 from my acct for 5 months! RegNow.AKA Digital River Inc. Told me to give them all of my account info including routing, acct #'s etc. I told them that they already had it because they have been illegally removing money from my acct! They said that there was nothing that they could do.. I am currently in contact with my states Atty General to file formal complaints. They'll screw you.. Stay away from RegNow!

I wouldnt recommend RegNow.
Just bought a software from RegNow, had a slight problem, aksed them for assistance got a reply: sorry we are not able to assist you.
I will never use RegNowagain.

unfortunately, i just put my card info in and got absolutely nothing... the screen went from payment info to Nothing in you cart screen. So now some jerkoff has my CC number and i don't know what will happen. will be calling to cancel this card asap. shady business... BEWARE.
I purchased shozam photo software and pretty logo design software (pretty ray software) and neither link worked properly when I received my receipt from regnow/digital river. I called and they told me they would send in a refund request. Shozam was back in January and still nothing! I just purchased the prettylogo software today but had no idea it was through regnow. I was on the pretty ray website - how did regnow get involved?
This company is full of scam artists! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT WHERE THE MANUFACTURER USES REG NOW / DIGITAL RIVER. I am now going to have to file a dispute with my bank and try to recoup the money that way.
I also had problems with this company regnow.com the name and licence code when pasted in the application comes up invalid I have sent 3 emails to their support team and 1 have also emailed the person who sent the application details that was 11 days ago and they still haven’t supplied me with another code or refunded my payments. Don’t waste your money with these cowboys I wish I had done a background check first before sending my money off.
I also have a problem with this website. I contacted my credit card company indicating that I have never purchased anything through this site. They put the balance back on my credit card over 3 weeks ago, but now the charge is back! My credit card has contacted the company by phone and was on hold (never talked with a human) for over 30 minutes! What is this company? I never purchased anything from them, and my credit card is now charged for $186.34 from them!
