1. I ordered 2 pair of Reebok shoes from this online vendor and the shoes I received were not actually Reebok product.
2. I tried to cancel my order 12 hours after it was placed, and even though it took 5 days for it to ship me request was ignored.
3. Mysteriously, $7.10 was added to my credit card charges with no explanation. When I asked about having the charges credited back to my account, nothing was done.
4. Because the company is located in China, it is virtually impossible to return unwanted product. They have no telephone number listed and getting an email response is a joke.
5. I just want to warn others that this is not in fact authentic Reebok product, but it is being passed off as such.
6. I'm out $117.10 and I cannot be the only unsatisfied online customer.
The shoes do not function like the authentic Reebok product. I've contacted Reebok's corporate office in Massachusetts and their legal department is currently in the process of having the website shut down. You may want to contact them and voice your concerns as well. Yes, all the reviews of the site appear to be written in the same voice. Don't allow anyone you know to purchase their fraudulent products.

Did the shoes at least look and function like the real thing? I had just purchased a pair of shoes from that website for about $100 dollars before I had saw your complaint. I got a little ahead of myself when I thought I was getting a good deal and made a purchase. But then I noticed the reviews on the site itself, and they look like they were all written by the same person. So I decided to do a little researching. I couldn't find much about the site except for your comment.
Buyer beware...I had asimilar issue. I ordered a pair of zigtechs, although it was a cheaper price they sent the wrong size. Thier website says the will exchange but recieved an email stating instead of exchanging I should just buy another pair and give the others away as a gift or resale myself. I responded to the email 3 times since and they will not answer any more. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company to help me get my money back.
