This online shops sells helicopters and they operate inside of shopping centres ( capalaba Park ) when the product becomes faulty you cannot return it as they have no address they sell 2 helicopters on there online store and in the shopping centres they sell anotha the S009 which is deemed to have faulty motors all there products are deemed junk buyers beware
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I strongly disagree as I have purchased from RCZone and they have excellent customer service... You simply give them a call and they are happy to help... I have bought spare parts for my helicopters Incase I break them and they are all super cheap dearest part being $20 for a spare battery... But the parts are like $2, $5 super cheap... With free postage... Very impressive Customer service A+
I have bought a few items from rczone, initially because I bought a helicopter from Toowong Shopping Centre (they have since disappeared) and the balance bar was broken. I have tried to telephone many times but the number always rings out so I just decided to order new parts online since there was no other avenue for complaint. They have provided me with the goods I ordered except for my last order. The only thing I seem to be able to do is re-order and re-buy these items. Does anyone know of an alternative?
Bought a helicopter from RC zone at the show. Flew for a couple of minutes and stopped working. Called a number on the web site that is never answered . Eventually got hold of the owner and told him how i have been struggling for 3 weeks to get hold of him, he told me to F**K Off and cut me off . I want my money back and will be going to the Australian Consumer complaints department . What a disappointing Ozzie company. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Yeah, same problem with crappy helicopters, the RCzone guy's an AS*** hole that treats people like [censored]
