Radium Media review: Another marketing expensive mistake

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Radium Media regarding their failure to deliver the services that were promised. I have experienced a significant lack of communication from their team, which has added to my frustration. Before I proceed with a formal complaint with receipts:(videos, emails, lead generation communication-or lack of), I would like to give Radium Media an opportunity to refund the amount I was charged for services that were not provided as agreed. I believed and approached this company and it's owners Nahom Mekonen and Yassine Chakir before this because I believe it is important to address this issue directly with the company before escalating the matter further. I received baseless promises from everyone there have yet to hear from since. I don't want to do this, but after 3 months of lackluscter to no performance, I had no choice. I hope to resolve this situation amicably and look forward to a prompt response regarding my request for a full refund. I will continue to post this until they do the reputable thing.
