I returned 6 bottles of unopened product that I did not order nor did I sign up for a subscription.
The return was received by your receiving department on 2/4/24 and as of this date I have NOT received my refund.
I will report this company to the BBB and to all social media platforms that I can find to advise consumers of false business practices.
Claimed loss: I lost $239.99 for items NEVER ordered
Desired outcome: A want a FULL refund ASAP
