We booked a honda activa in 'PURACKAL HONAD' changanacherry 6 months back.They promised to supply a white honda within 2 months.Only for our emergency we booked white colour.Still they are not ready to supply the item and their dealings are very very bad.on 18th they made a call to us and when we reached there with full amount, they said only for loan parties we are supplying now and your turn will take another few days.What happening is that only for commission they are arranging loan.now we are forced to cancell the order.I request honda company to cancell their dealership.otherwise your sales will decrease.And I suggest customers to prefer another dealer for any of your purchase.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
yes, this is one of the Fraud firm in Kottaym dist. they are doing some bad service also. i think Muthoot honda is best
I am a proud owner of Honda CB Unicorn and Honda Aviator, but i am tired with the customer friendliness of Purackal Honda my dealer.
Today early morning i went to Purackal Honda Changanacherry office for doing the paid service of my unicorn and they responded to me in a very bad way.
I already heard many complaints from my friends about the quality of oil they are pouring into the engine, so i specialy told them not to do oil change, instead i will buy genuine Honda engine oil for my bike.
The person who is responsible for the service wing is completly ignorant and he tried to mislead with wrong information.
He dont even know the basic difference of Oil change and oil topup.
They were not ready to service my bike without an oil change and they responded to me in a very bad way.
He threatened me and also challenged me to do what ever things i can do.
I am very much frustrated with the customer satisfaction of Purackal Honda. Dear wing riders please never ever go to Purackal Honda.
