I bought a alltell prepaid card at family dollar in williamsport pa. Alltell doesn't even sewrvice this area. I spent 20.00 dollars for a card I can't even use, family dollar won't give me my money back for a product they sell and is no good to me. I have every reason to complain all I want is my money back or let me use it for something else. How can you sell aproduct that is no good and they know that.
