The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
James Ells has never paid a penny in child support, even though at least at one time
he was a multi-millionaire. He is the general manager of Avalon Transportation,
which has locations all over the country. He admitted that he paid off a lab technician
at the blood bank to switch the blood samples, and let that be known to brag about
how he could get away...
