On 4/6/21, I went to extend a rental on Hertz.com that I was due to pick up on 4/7/21. I received an error notice that the neighborhood location was temporarily closed. Upon driving to the rental location in person, I saw a handwritten sign stating the location was closed because of COVID concerns. I received absolutely no advance notice about this closure...
