On the 16th February 2021 you took a payment of $12.99 USD from my Mother's Lloyds Bank credit card ending 5322.
In the name of Mrs Audrey C. Black
The reference on her credit card statement is HD4 LD8313.
I have been told this is for Prime by Amazon UK. I have my own account.
Trying to get in touch with customer services is futile.
