When trying to purchase things from Etsy, my account says suspended. Not only was I never notified of this, but when I go to the "Help" section to unsuspended it and out in my account info, it tells me that my account is not suspended. I reached out to Etsy in Oct. 2020, still no response. I can't buy products. Doesn't that hurt their business? Don't they...
