We are without electricity on February 14, 15, 16, with temperatures in the 20's and single digits for at least 8 hours or longer during those days.While in the richer part of the city there was no shortages and in downtown a professional sports team was playing with an empty arena while lots of people where sleeping all night long in freezing temperatures .We live in Wilmer Texas, a small town on the south side of Dallas Texas
