Hello po, what is the meaning of shipment issue? I mean dalawang beses na po akong nagpalit ng adress and still ganun yung lumalanas pag tinatrack ko, it is almost a month now but still ganun parin, last track date dec 24 and it says that arrived at the internal dispatch mail - pending, ano pong ibig sabihin non? Bat ganun? I ask my receiver to try to pick...
