Purchased wine cooler May 2013, including extended 3 yr warranty via New Leaf Service Pro Service Plans. Cooler died Dec 2015. First service call 29 Dec 2015. "Tech Rep" showed up with no parts whatsoever. Troubleshot unit and supposedly ordered parts. Second service call scheduled 5 Jan 16, but they claimed not scheduled.
