The only reason we had this joker come out was because he works with whirlpool. Came out 3 different times and "had no idea," told me "There is no way water leaks from there," after refusing the last service because he "couldn't do anything," my 13 year old son searched YouTube trouble shooting our fridge model and found the problem and solution in a matter of 30 mins at most. He never listened to what the issue was, continued to collect labor charges without ever fixing the problem. Didn't actually look into what was happening, just that no "dummy" codes popped up so he didn't have any idea what to do. This guy is NOT qualified to fix appliances if a teenager could do the job he couldn't and is charging for.
Desired outcome: I would like him to no longer be a qualified repair person for whirlpool
