I have been charged almost $200 a month for a shipment of gummies that I never ordered. I have been trying to find a contact for Powerkmax (the charge name on my credit card statement), and only have a fulfillment center address for a PO box. Is there a phone number or other way I can contact them? I am 79 years old and never ordered these and can't afford $200 a month for these things. I have been throwing them away. The charges are on my Visa card on the 5th of the month. I cannot cancel my card as it is used for many of my automatic payments. What do I do?
Claimed loss: $200.00 a month
Desired outcome: Want to stop these orders. I would also like a refund.
