They breed their females time and time again to make money and the dogs come from Laburnums which have a lot of eye problems. Laburnum will sell to anybody that coughs up cash. There is not such things as Perfect Peace at Perfect Peace kennels They have been bad mouthing other breeders for years to secure sales of their own! Don't hide behind your religious writings and BEWARE signs on your website. You are nothing but a hoax, nasty people that badmouths other breeders and exploit poor defenseless dogs. Get a job instead of using dogs to make a living!
My problem with Angela is she is not up front with all of her charges when purchasing a puppy. After you you purchase a puppy there are are additional undisclosed fees I also was led to believe I had a choice in puppies and then was told she would be choosing my puppy for me. Since I was flying in to get my puppy she wanted payment, full payment 2 weeks in advance. Who in their right mind hands over money to someone they don't know. She's a bit of a control freak.
I have an absolutely wonderful dog from Perfect Peace. Angela was extremely helpful through the entire process. She answered my huge list of questions with patience and detail. I have had my sweet golden for over two years now and continue to be in contact with Angela. I would HIGHLY recommend Angela and Perfect Peace.
I have 2 goldens from Perfect Peace and you obviously don't know anything about this breeder at all. Laburnum is a highly reputable and excellent kennel that does NOT have a lot of eye problems... are you making things up because they wouldn't sell a puppy to you? Perfect Peace had 1 golden from Laburnum and you can see all the eye tests done yearly. My guess is you are one of the bad breeders that fits her description on her beware page... She is kind and helpful to anyone... if they buy a puppy form her or not. I had both of my goldens health tested and they passed everything with flying colors... both had good hips and clear eyes. They are beautiful and have amazing temperaments. YOU are the HOAX. Get a LIFE instead of wasting peoples time.
That's a fallacy. Mixed breeds have the same genetic problems as purebreds but these problems are not tracked like they are with the purebred dogs.
Please adopt a loving dog from your local animal shelter or SPCA.
The only way to stop these "over breeders" is to stop buying from them.
Mixed breed dogs live longer and are healthier then in-bred, over bred, trophy dogs.

As far as your complaint about the lines they come from having "eye problems", most eye problems in Goldens are simple Dominant or Recessive genes. Testing through the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF) will tell if a dog is affected or not. Most of Perfect Peace's breeding dogs have their CERF certifications meaning that they were clear of "eye problems" at the time of the examination. "Eye Problems" is only a bad thing if a breeder continues to breed a dog after it is actually diagnosed with an eye disorder.
