I placed two separated orders with this company in May, 2020. Never received any confirmation, communication, tracking #'s etc. Got part of order 42 days later and it was cheap and not what it looked like in the photo. They don't refund you but a couple of dollars and make it impossible to return at your own expense which is more than you paid for the product with shipping. They use different names on their ads. I think they take pictures of brand name styles and try to copy them. They are a disgrace. they need to be banned from the US market.
I ordered 2 pair of shorts from a website called blaroken.com amd when the shorts came it was labeled online international, both shorts were not even close to what was pictured on their website. Complete scam!
I keep getting Tactical jackets. I only ordered one, but they won't stop sending them, how do I get this to stop?
I order from this company days ago. I did not hear any things from them. I try to contacted them but I have not hear back from them. I hope PAYPAL can get me the refund.

I received all my clothing, it does come from China so it will take a while and sure shipping gets messed up coming so far away.

Sizes are extremely small. If it says LARGE it's most likely a medium to small. Xlarge could be a medium or a large but not an X large. So be aware.
did you purchase through www.orderplus.com? a friend recently gave me 2 pieces from this brand and when i went to look it up all i see is orderplus clothing on poshmark & ebay and when i go to look on the website ^^ it’s in a different language. a little confused. i see so many bad reviews and it’s a little sus…

Seem to me like they are working together with these fake companies. Because I saw e-bay was involved in this transaction, I felt safe letting them take it out of my account. Now I'm out $160.00. THANKS E-BAY

Orderplus also scams customers under the name Guykid or Guytab. They rip off ads for real products, (https://www.guytab.com/products/mens-fashion-vintage-western-leather-vest, while the legit site is https://coronadoleather.com/products/edinburgh-vest. Instead of leather, you get pleather and no response from their "return" process. Damn them all to Hell!

This company operates under the name of Mollyish Clothing too. They take money for items they do not have in stock, they then send you the wrong items and they refuse to give refunds and insist that they will only issue vouchers. To add to this, the items that they do actually they send are not as per the images and do not resemble what is advertised, they sent me an item I did not order and then requested me to send it back to them at my own expense and even then they said they would not refund. They are a scam company and I believe they are based in Hong Kong. They operate under a lot of different website names and once one website gets bad reviews damaging their reputation, they then change the name to something else. But it operates under many different names and is a scam company. Seems a lot of people are reporting this company but nothing is getting done to investigate them and no further action is being taken
I purchased 2 pair pants received only one now they are going to keep almost 5.00 from the money, don't order from them they are a rip off company, I should have gotten half of the money back.
this co. is a rip off they don't want to refund u the amount u should get when all of your order is not received, please no not order from them that is the only way to stop this.
I order 6 tops from this company. When they arrived, they were not as pictured on the website. The sizes are all wrong and the material is very cheap. Very bad, not what I was expecting. There doesn't seem to be a way to get in touch with them. All the e-mail addresses they poster on their " package details" and the website don't seem to work either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. You would be better giving it to Charity. I'm also sorry that I didn't read these reviews before I ordered. Please beware.

I didn't even place a order. I did have items, that I thought I would order, but did not place the order. Their company placed the order themselves. I cant believe it?

Yes, but in my case it was a duplicated order. When I received the items they were so cheap I would return them if that were possible - BUT TO WHO can they be returned. Clever scam they have...send from several places in several packages with several identities.
I note the complaints regarding Orderplus International. I have had similar issues with company. They were slow in delivery. Via the payment company I lodged a complaint. They have replied stating they were sorry and offered a small amount of refund to encourage me to continue: I haven't. If I did they would have then sent the items in the same condition as mentioned above. So I requested them to cancel. They stated they would cancel but asked me to close the grievance procedure with the payment company, send them an email informing them that I had closed the grievance and then they would reimburse me with the full amount. Since the original email I sent them bounced I did not have any intention to follow their instructions and took the grievance up to the next level. I also note that in the payment companies 'community' Orderplus International is mention far too many times. It is clearly a scam and I would also be interested who makes the items and the conditions that they are working under and even if they are getting paid.

I am considering sending back items...but after seeing your post I may have to save that postage money, which is not an insignificant amount since it goes to China! How can we get PayPal to stop doing business with ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL?
PayPal doesn’t seem to care about its customers. I filed a claim with Orderplus International and PayPal said to send back -at my expense- the dress I received in wrong color and size! What!? I already paid shipping to get the wrong dress. Now PayPal agreed with this company that I send back at my expense to get full refund! Then they will never refund the money! PayPal needs to stop this company!
I ordered a long coat in size small, when it arrived it was a short jacket size large, I sent it back 2 days later, that was in November, still waiting for a refund, it was 96.00 and 28dollars to send it back, still haven't heard a word about my refund back to my PayPal account, scammers!
I ordered 2 jog sets from this so called company. When I finally received my order I open the package and the fabric was horrible! I put it right back in the packaging I received it in. I returned it to there shipping department as it was the only address on any paper work I received with my order. Now they only want to refund me $20.00 as they said to return it to the correct address it would be very costly. I do not know how this company is still in business. OOOOO yes I do know why they are in business BECAUSE THEY ARE A RIPPING-OFF good peoples money here in the USA.
I purchased 3 dresses, 2 blouses, 2 denim jackets - a total of 7 items for $108.33. It took over a month for the items to arrive. Before they arrived, few days after the first order, I went online an ordered 2 more blouses and 2 dresses, paying over $45.00 total.
Before placing the first order, I made sure to measure myself to ensure the items I ordered based on their size chart will fit me. However, 5 weeks later upon receiving them, none of the items received on the first order fit me at all, they were way too small.
So I contacted them via email to arrange to return the items. They told me it will cost me to ship them back so they offered me two choices (1) keep the items, repurchase larger sizes of the same items and pay another $65, or (2) they can provide me a coupon of only $35.00 (a measly approximate 1/3rd of the total price I paid for them).
A week later, I received the 2 blouses and 1 of 2 dresses ordered on the 2nd order. Again the blouses were too small and does not even equate to what was pictured in their website. The sleeves were too short and not as wide as what was picture on their site.
So I emailed them and tried reasoning with them, that I am not interested in replacing the items from the first order plus pay an additional $65 (approximately 2/3rd of the total cost of $108.33) for same. - And neither is a coupon worth $35 fair as an exchange. I also complained about the 2 blouses and one dress has not yet arrived. I suggested to return those 2 blouses, since they were very lightweight. However, no response.
I emailed them again a second time. A different customer service lady responded this time saying the only thing they can do now is give me a coupon worth only $30.00, $5 less than the first coupon offer stating that their offers represent very poor customer service.
Now I know it is no longer worth ordering from this company. They probably sell cheap clothes which were either rejects from clothing companies, or leftover unsold items previous stores could not get out the door. They buy them horribly cheap, sell these products online stating returns are allowed, but then make a Uturn and not allow customers to return while offering very low monetary compensation for their goods. Additionally, they misrepresent the clothes online, showing a specific style but the actual goods do not match in pattern and size.
I plan to file a fraud complaint with my card company on Monday.
I am so sorry to hear that this happened to you. I am in a similar situation. Can you please share with me the email address you sent your requests to? I am trying to email them and have heard nothing back. Was hoping yours might be different? Thank you!
I ordered a dress on 22 July 2020 & am still waiting for it to arrive. I did receive on confirmation & transaction ID, but waiting 3 months to arrive is ridiculous!

I ordered a sterling silver necklace for my daughter for Mothers Day for her son. I received a girl. Requested returning it but they offered me $10 of the $25 I paid. I refused so I had to ship it back but not to Brooklyn where it came from but China. When I requested postage at the Post Office it would of cost $125.00! So I'm left with NOTHING but a loss of $25
Now I ordered 5 blouses for $95 in size XL. Well they were all marked XL but my girlfriend who is a small couldn't get them on! I requested a return and again I was offered 1/2 price $55 so I took it

I purchased 9 shirts and they all are way toooooo small. I was trying to return but I can't get in touch with anyone at all. I am screwed out of $150.00. never again...
The sizing is all wrong. 4X is a small/medium. Cheap material. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! You won't get your money back either.

This company is a total bogus, never order from them.
We have ordered on 27 May, two orders under different companies names, but same company on PayPal.
It has been complete mess, from one order only one item received, took a month to get refund for other four.
From second order only one item has been refunded, other two still not received, nor refunded.
I ordered two floral print blouses. After 6 weeks, I finally received my order, except it was not what I ordered. There were two of the very same blouses in the package. Absolutely hideous print and big enough to fit a cow. I ordered a large. This thing is like a size 24 at least.
Very poor quality cotton. badly made and the sizes are nowhere near accurate even going by their own size chart. took approx 6 weeks for the first parcel to arrive then another month for the others. I have contacted the seller on several occasions to try to return them but despite sending them the wp nos they asked for the company is no longer answering my emails. I am now stuck with 5 poor quality tops that don't fit. I will never order from this seller again because the lovely tops you see on screen are not what you get. my advise is avoid avoid avoid!
I agree, I purchased a blouse and it did not look like the picture. First it was very sheer you will need something under it. the shoulder seams when I put it on were in the middle of my arms and the yoke which should be no lower than your shoulder blades was down to the middle of my back, the if I pulled the shoulder seams to where the should be, the sleeves ended at the bend of my arms with the cuffs. It is hideous. i requested a refund. never again
