On June 08, 2021 I used My OLLO Mastercard to purchase an item from Ebay. Shortly after making the purchase, I realized there was another item from a different vendor on Ebay at a cheaper price. I immediately (5-6 minutes tops) cancelled the other order. On 06/08/2021 Ebay sent me an email saying :

Now it is quite simple and evident that Ebay would not cancel this order because they said it shipped on June 07/2021.
How could something be shipped on June 07, 2021 if I id not place the order until approximately 08:00 am on June 08, 2021?

Then of course came the series of back and forth with Ebay regarding this item, the date it was ordered and the discrepancy with the shipping date.

The item never arrived! I have a Ring Doorbell camera and Arlo Ultra camera system on my house. Carefully reviewed the video from both and there is no recording of any delivery to my house on 06/24/2021 at 18:06, nor any other recording of any delivery on that day.

The gall of Ebay and this seller updating the shipping information to June 8, 2021 after they said it had been delivered and it was not! So convenient of Ebay to allow the seller to update the shipping information after it was pointed out to them that the item was purchased on June 8, 2021, yet the initial shipping date (per Ebays own records) was June 7, 2021!

But one email wasn't enough Ebay had to send a second email (look at the time stamps)

The request has been closed because we were notified that you filed a payment dispute with your payment institution. You can still view details of this request on eBay.

Yes I filed a dispute with OLLO Card services for this shady transaction and the item that was never delivered!

I received a letter from OLLO Card services on June 25, 2021 stating that they had successfully closed the dispute with Ebay for order *[protected] in the amount of $958.67 in my favor.

So I thought I was finished with this nightmare. Nope. Ollo Card services sent me a letter dated July 23, 2021 stating that
"based on our investigation, we have concluded that the charge(s) in question is valid and we have closed your case. The decision was based on the review of:
*Information or documentation applicable to the claim
(Please note that I uploaded every document and email and chat transcript to OLLO Card services on June 28, 2021 through the secure document upload portal as requested)
*Account history (example: transaction or payment history)
(Please note I regularly pay off most of if not the entire balance on my card each month)
*Account records pertinent to the claim.
Accordingly, we have re billed your account for $958.67 to remove the credit we previously issued. In the event you feel this charge was not authorized by you, please sign and return this letter indicating the charge was not authorized. Please provide within ten (10) days or we will assume the charge is correct. You can also upload the requested documents to our secure portal at ollocard.com/upload. (please note that I already submitted the documents requested to same secure portal on June 28, 2021)
You may also contact us to request any information used to support our decision to decline this claim. If you have any questions, please contact us at [protected].

Well I did just that and explained the issue to the Dispute department representative who instructed me to upload the supporting documents (which I explained to the Dispute representative that I had done this previously on June 28, 2021) to the secure portal.
So I did just that. On July 25, 2021.
Well I left it in Ollo Card Services Dispute departments hand and awaited their response. More than a month passed by with no response and no credit to my account. So I called Ollo Card Services, Dispute department on August 26, 2021 to see what was transpiring with my claim. To my surprise they had received the documents (for the second time mind you) on July 26, 2021 but did nothing!
At this point I asked the representative from the Dispute department what had occurred and he could not give me an answer. I requested to speak to a Manager or Supervisor of the Dispute department, and after waiting more than 20 minutes was told none was available and if I would like to give my number they would contact me in 2-3 business days .
This is so wrong! Did they even review the documents when the received them on both occasions through the secure portal at ollocard.com/upload?

This is just another example of how Ollo Card services kowtows to the big the big businesses like Ebay, and screw the consumer. Doesn't Ollo Card services realize that if it wasn't for their cardholders/users that they wouldn't be able to charge the 3-5% service charge they charge the retailers every time a purchase is made with their CARD?!
Just a bunch of crooks, who screw the little guy.

Desired outcome: Credit applied to my account plus something to compensate me for my time and trouble.
