Ocean View Courier review: Undelivered goods 2

Hi
I'm from south africa and I bought a sewing machine for 400 dollars with shipping via Alibaba. It was due to arrive on the 6 march 2020. I after a few days I was told by my supplier to pay 720 dollars for clearance charges then another 810 dollars refundable insurance for then 600 dollars delay charges then the courier is not licensed to deliver in South Africa so I paid DHL charges 540 dollars.
The last payment was done on the 16 March.
I still haven't received anything.
Supplier has blocked me and the courier doesn't ever answer emails. This is alot of money in the south african rands
