Ocean Exteriors review: Exterior trim painting

Ocean Exteriors painted my exterior house trim in 2022. The price was ridiculously high but I was promised a lifetime warranty. The job had to be done two times since it was unacceptable the first time. The gutters were supposed to be removed but never were. When the workers were questioned about replacing damaged wood, that was shrugged off and just sanded down. I never got my lifetime warranty. Was told that it was mailed out. After alot of complaining, I finally got an email of the warranty. The trim is now peeling and the wood is deteriorating. Ocean Exterior does not answer their phone. DO Not use this company. The sales people Shane and Ryan prey on the elderly. The owner Joe is unreachable. The project managers do not manage anything. I have been told by another company that Ocean Exteriors is now out of business. This company offered to fix my bad trim for over half of the original cost. Just worrisome to me that this new salesperson knows many of the Ocean Exteriors salespeople and management.
