NorthStar VETS review: A distressing veterinary experience from start to finish

Very disappointing experience with NorthStar. I was told my dog would receive CT scans, but they were not performed. Instead, I was required to proceed with other testing I questioned, and my dog was sent home while still bleeding. My subsequent concerns about the visit and charges were not satisfactorily resolved, the account was sent to collections, and I later learned that NorthStar’s president instructed staff to block my email address.
