I have multiple complaints about Ni Cor as well as all other utility companies in CENTRAL Illinois using straight through CRM and Billing and payment processes (Ni Cor, Verant, ePay, Ameren, Corn Belt and others).

1. Price gouging the poor and elderly and the websites tell you go to county special interest locations for help with utilities and options. You get the complete run around and McLean County and Utility cos got money from Stimulus, county funds, PPP, donations as well as other resources to help thise in need. THEY and Counties DO NOT help anyone. They send them in a circle. Where did all the money go?

2. Why the rate increase. You implemented terrible websites, processes and systems to simply exploit the
3. Referring folks to Illinois government and county resources like Mid Central Illinois action is not only a fraud but also a terrible money grab and disinformation to people in need and at risk (Ni Cor contributes to the county and statewide issue with its CRM, process, payment and fees /rating and billing stuctures)
3, Ni Cor and other utility opterations and procesess exploit elderly, poor and those at risk and utlizes "risk score" for payment options involving "Can't pay full amount", "I'm at risk of being shut off." and queries a Risk Score Service (probably DMS or similar, that scans folks credit and risk history before quoting them a payment or payment plan option and then comes back with uge amounts to be paid.

Systematic and procedural deceit and fraud and scoring folks for utility payments should be illegal. Also for downpayments should be illegal.

Desired outcome: Customer privacy notices, data uses and websites need updated! County assitance info is wrong and the endless "operations and service process" for those in need stinks.
