The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

On Nov 19th 2010 @ 5:59PM CST I made an On-Line purchase from the above company order number #1186727, product code #5423, product name: Kids in Worship With CD (Audio) accompaniment CD costing $13.40 + $6.25 (Domestic Priority S&H) for a total of $19.65. I never received the product which was purchased via Visa card. I contacted CS department by email on website and received a reply stating that they would look into the matter and thanks for the email. I never heard a thing. Since that date I have sent three more emails to the CS department and only receive a generic email stating thanks for the email that the company is going to get back to me. As of this date I have not received any further email or the product. I have tried to contact the company via the CS number [protected] which gives a message in both English and Spanish that the number is incorrect or out of service. I sent another email today and receive a reply back that the company was closed until 01/03/11 for the employee's to spend time with their families during the Holidays. Today is the the 3rd and there is still an incorrect number and no email response except the same gone till the 3rd.

Resolved

BUYERS BE WARE! I order a cd from this site back in october many e-mail sent to company.but I never received my cd.THY SHALL NOT STEAL!

I ordered several CDs in October but I did not receive anything but a charge on my Credit Car... :-(

Noe Mails are answered any more since there has been a change of ownership this summer.

Placed an order on 16th Sep 2010 and the funds were taken from my CC imediatly. But here we are on 2nd Dec 2010 and still have not reveived the goods and no replys to any of my emails.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a CD back in October in order to learn the music in order to know the music for a cruise in february. Plenty of time, right?

Well... it is now 2 months later and I have not received it.

There is no way to follow-up with an actual person. There is no phone number on the website to call. The fax number on the website is disconnected.

I have sent a plethora of emails. I received one response early on that said it is "delayed". After that, every email has been responded to with just the pat auto-reply.

NOBODY has taken the time to service my request! When I look at my account online, it just continues to say "processing". Really?

DOES ANYBODY HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS OUTFIT?

I ordered some books on Oct 21, and my credit card was immediately charged, but I still have received nothing as of Dec 15th! I called MusiChristian.com several times and left messages, no response. I have received no response from my emails either. If anybody knows what I can do to get my money back, please contact me at eck7886@msn.com.

Ordered a CD back in early november. Never received the CD. Sent several emails in attempt to get product. Only got a generic response that someone would contact me. Was charged twice for the CD. Went to the bank to dispute the charges. While dispute was in process, Musichristian tried to access my account again with another charge. Had to change my account and get a new debit card as recommended by the bank. Still out $15 or the CD. It has been a lesson well learned. Have done business with this company many times over the years, but never again. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Waiting for the outcome of that.

This exact same problem is happening with me and I get a generic email back. This site is apparently a fraud and I am reporting it to the Tennessee and my state's attorneys general.

I ordered CDs from this site on Nov 7 2011. My credit card was immediately charged but the merchandise never arrived. I checked back with their site and it shows that I made an order, but the order has no status. I have contacted the company 6 times since November.. .It is now December 30th and I have not received a reply of any type to my inquiries. This site appears to be a scam. I am reporting it to my attorney general.

I ordered CDs from this company and never received them. My credit card was charged within 2 days of the order. My account on their site shows the order, but no status. Two months of trying to contact their customer support department only got me canned email responses. I have filed a complaint with my state's internet fraud unit and my credit card company.

I ordered a CD on May 21st...I contacted them a week later to find out the status of the order. Someone named Luke emailed me that it hadn't gone to shipping and he 'manually' brought it there himself. Today is June 17th. If I had walked it from there to here I would have received it already. I have emailed them several times and have received no response. They took my money and and gave nothing in return. They are illegitimate and I'm contacting my State's Attorney General to deal with them.

I ordered the "Chris Tomlin: Live From Austin Music Hall" CD from MusiChristian on 8/26/10. They charged my CC, and never delivered the CD. I emailed them multiple times, and they kept saying they were sorry and would get it out asap. On 5/5/11, I finally asked for a refund (to which they agreed). Todate, no refund either. And now the MusiChristian URL is being redirected to BooksChristian.com. Beware, there is nothing Christian about this organization. The organization is full of fraud and deception.

The same happened to me. They canceled their web page and everything and they have my $23 for 2 cd's I never received. What can we do? Their has to be a way!

I never recieved an order that I placed on Friday may 13, 2011 the order number is #1206643 this is for cds and dvds the order was paid for by credit card
