I, Garion Brownhill, made a purchase for 1071.46$ on Friday, November 18, 2022 for the E-series models, with Miso Robotics. The transaction has already cleared my financial institution. Later on Friday and every day since, I logged into my dealmaker, miso investment, site and it does not reflect my purchase. In fact it takes me back to initiate a completely new investment. I emailed Miso Robotics on Monday, Novemeber 21, 2022. Have not gotten a response. I saved a copy of the digital receipt from the original purchase, which I have attached with this email. I can also procure my bank statement reflecting their withdrawl. I just don't understand why this isn't working for me.

Desired outcome: Originally, I wanted to just have access to my investment. Now I just want my money back.
Bought 400 shares of what I thought was miso stock series e, if I can't have access to a purchased stock to pull my money out if I choose which is the case here then it is not a stock purchase but more of a scam.
The hype to purchase was there but no warning.
