Metroplex is a nightmare. Purchased an item for Christmas and paid for "international shipping" (to Canada). Three weeks later, still no item and then asked them when it had been shipped and for tracking ID. No such thing as they don't have one and was then informed that do not ship internationally...even though I just paid them $50 to do exactly that. They did not inform me of this when I purchased the item...only when I asked them 3 weeks later where my item was. No Christmas present, no empathy, no customer service of any kind and no way I will ever use or recommend them again. Buyer beware.
I am really sorry to hear that you had a problem. We do not currently ship outside of the United States, and have since disabled that functionality to prevent future occurrences. Our system is set up to automatically issue a refund and explanation, but it looks like the explanation was either not sent, or it went into your spam folder. In either case, I personally apologize to you for the trouble caused. We provide a positive shopping experience for nearly 100, 000 customers a year and we do our best to own up to issues on the ones that don't.
