Forensic investigations by the UK ICO and Police have confirmed that an unauthorised individuals and groups gained access to https://nocomment.law/ systems and personal data relating to clients and lawyers and published these online
ICO's experts have identified that compromised data includes legally priveleged information, names, street addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers. Most oddly, NoComment.Law and the owner Matthew Fresco have advised that is it under no duty to protect such information.
Even more disturbing is that NoComment.Law's staff completely ignored victim's requests for help.
Perhaps they are in on this? Perhaps selling such privelged and sensitive information for profit?
Having phoned Matthew Fresco, I first thought I'd phoned the wrong number as the person I was speaking to behaved like a clown rather than a solicitor. He didn't seem to know the very simple basics of commercial law and was quite rude and unprofessional.
