I got a 3 days free membership to matheo.pro. At the end of 3 days, I immediately remembered to cancel and started the cancellation process. but they want a novel as long as a survey until I cancel it and I don't know if it's canceled or not, I asked for a refund and they don't return. Fraud all the way. Even Amazon gives immediate cancellation and refund.
Omg same here! They took my money even after already told to cancel my subscription. Gonna block my bank account.
The same problem! I have no idea how to cancel the subscription, because they didn’t send any messages to my email and i’ve just closed access to online purchases😩😩

Even their emails are closed. What to do?
I sent them an email asking them to close two days ago. Did not get a response back. Just got an alert from my bank of possible fraudulent charges to my credit card for $74. I had paid them $10 on June 10 and never even got an answer to my math question! I'm gonna sue the [censored] out of them.
i’m literally going through this right now. i did pay for the $0.99 subscription… but then was charged $74, when i emailed them about a refund and terminating my account, they did terminate the account but charged me $9.99 AGAIN! when i demanded to know what the charge was and a refund, they wanted to know why i wanted a refund and we’re all like “you made these transactions” OKAY let me see a receipt then. i’m scared now that they have my card info they will keep doing it, so i reported my card as stolen and am in the process of disputing these transactions as fraudulent. so stressful for no reason, will never use any [censored] like this again.

but not one or two spam them with at least 10-20 mails a day, that’s what I did and they answered me. they said they “cancelled my subscription but they can’t get a refund” but I will continue to spam.
so yeah, spam them they answer.

I got my refund. I also got charged for the $74. Unfortunately, I believe that the only way to get your money back is if you paid through paypal which is what I did. You may also be able to do with if you paid with a credit card, but if you paid with a debit card you are out of luck.
