Maffeo Salon review: Horrible service 2

About one week ago I phoned maffeo salon and made an appointment for my cousin and I to get our hair dyed and streaked. We arrived at our appointment and I was made to wait ( one whole hour ) because they decided to fit someone else in before me ( without an appointment ) My cousin decided she didn't want streaks only a haircut but she was told because she had booked for streaks she had to get them thats $110. instead of $40. Huge differance. Then when the girl finally came to do my hair I told her I didn't want any blond in my hair so what does she do put, two huge weird streaks near the front of my hair in this ugly yellow blond that totally clashed with the copper I wanted my hair done in. She refused to fix it and said that this is what I had wanted, she was rude and did a terrible job on my hair both the cut and the dye. They knew I was on a tight schedule because I was coming from out of town. But I was there from 10:30 to 1:30 and I had to help straighten my OWN HAIR because she was going so slow. Never Ever Go To This Salon ! The worst experience I have ever had and it cost me $140.00 plus 3 hours of my time. They were rude and slow and my hair did not turn out anyway close to the way I wanted now I will have to get my hair redone at a better salon.
WARNING : Avoid Maffeo Salon if you dont want bad service, terrible hair cut etc.

This was an unfortunate incident, it was a case of a client being very difficult to communicate with and a stylist who was negligent.

The Stylist was dismissed from the job as a result of this.

The front desk manager had a very hard time trying to book the appointments and was not told that the clients were on a time limit .The color was actually a color correction from a previous poor color job and required a lot more attention and time than had been communicated.

Regardless, in the event that a guest of Maffeo Salon is unhappy for any reason, we will do whatever they request to rectify the situation including redoing the service and a full refund of payment.

This client did not communicate any dissatisfaction to our knowledge.We have noted other very negative reviews by this person of other business's

It is in our best interest for our customers to be happy as we are not a walk in Salon but base our business solely on referrals.

Many well known people in the city have positively reviewed us on Google.
Please browse those for an idea of what kind of service our Salon provides.

We love to send customers away feeling fabulous and wanting to return!

Why do people always blame the stylist for the bad cut or style? Did you ever stop to think maybe it is your own hair that is the problem? Not everyone can have the same haircut or style and look good in it.

...obviously from your rabble your the type of person who needs everyone to know everything about you. A good experienced stylist is a fabulous listener and is able to find a way to comunicate with you. It does suck when you are made to wait, but believe me you get what you pay for ...and sometimes you dont I feel from your experience and just remember if you dont feel comfortable after the consultation get up and leave no one has a gun to your head. Well maybe some idiot named stealth pilot ... i mean seriously?
