To initiate a return you should contact Luminess Customer Care at +1-888-793-7474 and request a Return Authorization number within the 30-day return period from the date your order was shipped. Send the package within 5 days after the receipt of the RA #. Then, the processing time will take up to 10 business days.

If your package is already shipped, you cannot cancel it. International sales are final and cannot be returned.

The warranty covers a full airbrush compressor, AC adapter, airbrush stylus chassis, and stylus air intake assembly. Yet, remember it does not cover standard wear-and-tear items not covered under this warranty include airbrush stylus parts such as gaskets, seals, o-rings, needle, retention tension spring, nozzle cap, throttle assembly, needle retention nut, and air hose. Additionally, cosmetics or consumables are not covered.

For any unauthorized charges, you should contact customer support at billing@LuminessAir.com with any supporting proof.

The standard shipping delivery takes about 2-3 weeks, priority shipping takes 5-7 business days.

The free trial allows you to experience the Airbrush for 30 days. Afterward, you will be charged every month.
