Little all stars is a company that specialises in modelling and a casting agency.I’ll also provide a link for there website http://www.littleallstars.co.uk/
This company has a number of actors and models in which I’ve had contact with one of them a man named Alex Garcier.I’m complaining about this company because there actors had a part to play in jeopardising a film production that is currently in preproduction. He was hired to do a acting job on a mutual contract and agreement in which he failed to comply with
Although the contract was not signed there was a mutual agreement and I have proof of this mutual agreement.
On the day in Question This male Alex whom is represented by little all stars the casting agency was meant to perform for my company,I received a message from him an hour before his arrival time stating that he will not be able to arrive for the production.I understand that someone having an emergency or not feeling well is unlucky for production teams but a part of the film making process. However Alex done this in efforts to negatively impact my production in a spiteful manner.I have proof of this via in which the manner he communicated with me and the fact I have a copy of all exchange of our messages.
It’s normal professional standard in the industry if someone isn’t feeling well or not the best they will contact there employer to inform them before hand, at the time of them feeling unwell.Alex was well aware he was meant to be on set for a agreed time,He was watching my social media platforms throughout the day which show he wasn’t to il to message me which would of been understandable or give one a call.
The reason why I say this was jeopardisation is because having the knowledge of knowing your the main character for a tv production and knowing you are having physical illness symptoms but yet choosing to keep that u formation from your company directorEmployer is jeopardy.
You then have to ask yourself why did this male represented by the company little all stars intentionally not inform me off his illness. It’s clear he was capable of communicating with me because he had been keeping track of my social media accounts all day.He then sent me messages the following day telling me he’s back to his normal activities,Currently in the gym and so forth.Which means if he’s able to take part in activities the next day such as gym sessions,His situation the night before could not of been to much of a hindrance to himself. The reasons why this is classed as jeopardy as follows
1.I had to pay for the cost of a full scale production that was missing the main actor
2.Due to him not telling me a lot earlier I could of prevented other people from arriving on set such as the camera man who is paid separately,The sound operator whom is paid separately and the following actors and crew .Had Alex made me aware earlier. On that he was feeling unwell I would
Of been able to make all these people aware which would of saved money and time
3Alex not informing me until an hour before his arrival proves he had a ulterior motive,Any standard professional understand the impact not informing someone whom your aware is setting up a film set directly for you as the main character and you choosing to not inform them of your illness but continue to watch them setting up is clearly not standard professional behaviour.
There are many more reasons as to why this was unprofessional and meditated way of distracting my film production from progressing and becoming a finished product.
Desired outcome: This be solved and explanations
