Called 1 800 593-2126 on 7/21/25 spoke with Rey product is on the dock. 7/26/25 spoke with Rey again product still not in warehouse. 8/18/25 spoke with Nicole for 2nd time unable to give me good information about my order! ~8/24/25 spoke with David & Nadi requesting a REFUND because it is taking too long to get my order! I was told that my refund would be mailed to me within 4 to 6 weeks. This time has passed & I still done have my refund
