Law Office of Brett M Borland review review: Payment arrangement

I am filing a complaint against Law Office of Brett M Borland. I recently made arrangements on a bill from an apartment complex, in which they would not take less than $300 a month. I agreed to the pmt every 2 weeks. When I asked for documentation, Kevin Smith is who I spoke with. He is very rude and condescending. I have called twice and the second time I recorded it myself. I was told they will not provide documentation so they can prevent you from renting another place. I will now only communicate via email.

This is putting me on the edge of homelessness because no one willrent to me without proof of a payment arrangement on a letterhead

This is against the law and I am filing complaints Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Attorney General. How they continue to get away with refusing documention to people and nothing is being done about it.
