KRW Lawyers Asbestos Claims review: Legal counsel representation

I am writing this complaint regarding the settlement payout I received from KRW in regard to my asbestos claims. I terminate KRW representation July 6th, 2026. Because I believed the first settlement amount after deduction was insufficient which led to me terminating KRW Lawyers as legal counsel.

Furthermore, I have conducted some research into KRW ​Asbestos Claims practice. I discovered online that many previous senior citizens' clients​ like me were dissatisfied with settlement amounts they previously received too. They too registered/filed online complaints with various government and public consumer protection groups against KRW Lawyers.

My complaint against KRW is as follows:

Following my initial contact in October 2025, my December 2025 lung X-ray, and our meeting in Mobile, Alabama, I signed documentation hiring KRW as legal counsel to file claims against the identified Asbestos Trust Funds.

I received a settlement payment in June/July 2026. According to the statement provided, the total settlement was $658.00, from which I received $118.00 after attorney fees and expenses were deducted.
