Edward Kramer with Kramer Windows and Doors also known as Pittsburgh Discount Windows and Door Installation is a Fraud.
Now I tell you my story. Five months ago Edward Kramer and I had a contract for replacing my windows. I paid him thousand dollars for deposit. He promised the windows would be installed within 4-6 weeks. However, after 6 weeks, he did not do it for us. When we contacted him, he always said he would do it next week. Later he avoided my phone call, and does not reply my email. This guy also had similar issue in 2008.

Edward Kramer is a Fraud. Confirmed by his most recent dealings with Laurel Properties where a judgment in the amount of $25, 000.00 was placed against him. Case #AR-09-14213 on 2/17/10. We have to sue this guy, and saw ADA. The officer stated that criminal charges can be bought against Ed Kramer; it would be under Home Improvement Fraud.
I want to say do not do any business with Ed Kramer (Kramer Windows and Doors). Don't let him do the same to you.
I'm up for filing criminal charges with an ADA.
Ed Kramer is a complete theif, We used him based on our realaters recommendations and gave him a deposit. we never saw him again after that. not sure what to do. no one should give him any money.
Because Ed Kramer did not install our windows after we paid him, we already sued this bad guy. And then we have to ask have another company to replace my windows. When we talked about Ed, he knew Ed Kramer had several similar stories. Right now I know 4 victims. Ed Kramer‘s reputation is very bad. If you have similar issue, please let me know, we can work together and file criminal charges against him.
Ed Kramer is one of the most honest business people I have ever known. I have used Kramer Window and Doors for all of my commercial and residential windows needs. He has always delivered - on time and on budget. And I am familiar with many people who have worked with Ed Kramer and his company who have been very satisfied with his service, his products and his integrity. These comments are surprising. I highly recommend Ed Kramer and his service.
ed kramer was refered to me by a realestsate lawyer, who said he did great work for his father. So I contracted him. Long story short, I have no windows and he won't return any calls or emails. If he do, they are lies. Last time I spoke to him he said he is waiting on the company to send the money. I need an address for this guy, so I can sue him.
