Hello I purchase an air conditioner from Kapsul and I only used it for 3 months. It stopped working completely. I emailed the company and no response. No number to call. The website changed some of their info in which I cannot get into my account anymore. There is a 5 year warranty and only purchase end of April 2022. I would like either refund or replacement.
