Omni-Secure has turned into a total rip off and their software is less than worthless. They have stolen over $6, 200.00 from us which includes the license fee for the deluxe version of the software. This happened in what was an exciting new startup business. It's important to note they also cost us another $50k minimum just in lost time not to mention all the stress, just try putting a price tag on that! Omni-Secure is just a scam to sell bogus software and get people to give them more money for custom programming to fix the software! This is funny because they have no idea how to program anything and rely totally on complete strangers who are just random Russian and Indian programmers that anyone can find on Elance and Odesk for pennies on the dollar. So, if anyone's even thinking about using Omni-Secure, RUN AWAY! The company is ran by a psychotic dirtbag named Jim Lacey. He's a disgustingly bitter and hateful 68 year old failure who's also a confirmed fraud that works from his trailer at 207 Dunlap St. He is well known by detectives in the Austin Police Department, the FBI, FTC and attorney generals in multiple states. It's just him and another loser named Jonavan Hoffman who's hiding out in Panama working off a skype number. If Omni-Secure was ever a decent company, they're not anymore! They are not to be trusted. Regardless of what Jim or Jon will tell you, there are no departments or employees because the only one they had quit and took Omn-Secure to court for thieving from him as well. We're told he sued them and won to get a judgment of $4, 000. Good job Alex! We're going after much more than that! After 5 months of pure hell we decided to give up on any idea of ever getting a refund and have begun the long and painful process of suing them. We experienced the entire gamut of horrors from this company, they; • Changed the price of their hourly custom programming rate from their then advertised rate of $120 to $150. • Lied about all kinds of stuff like their software was used by the FBI which it's not and that they had tons of customers when in fact there's only a handful of people actually using the software after 10 years. And the only reason these few are able to is because they've invested thousands into customizing it to make everything work. • Said they had lots of employees and different offices for programmers, legal, billing and etc. All lies, just a 68 year old loser in a dilapidated trailer house with bad credit and a criminal history a mile long. • Played extremely manipulative and calculative games of deceit from day one by promising and then failing on nearly a dozen instances to provide a simple written contract. • Made every promise in the book just to turn around and renege on nearly every single one of them. (dozens) • Lied and lied and lied and lied and lied some more, literally hundreds of lies and we have them all in writing. (about 350 pages of emails and written agreements) • Wasted 4 months of absolutely critical startup time with hundreds of hours of our time trying to help them do their job. • Failed to give us any updates of the work as agreed (because they weren't doing the work) • Illegally refused to deliver any of the work we had already paid $5, 535.00 for. (They were trying to hold us up for ransom and more money) • Missed every single deadline they themselves set and every single extension of time that they themselves requested. (They were obviously just stringing us along with had no intention of ever doing the work) • Criminally harassed and stalked us with dozens of emails and unwanted communications. • Threatened to hide secret bugs in the software which would render it useless if we didn't pay them another $2, 700. • Slandered me and my other businesses on other websites with absolutely no truth whatsoever (Which makes it slander, the truth is an absolute defense which is everything you're now reading) • Attempted to shut down our copy of software even though we paid for it in full long ago and absolutely own it because they won't give us a refund! • Threatened our lives and went on tirades of bogus fanaticism. • Attempted to fraudulently pass off new, bogus terms of service to the credit card company. (Thankfully we saved a copy of the correct ones at the time of payment!) • Attempted to change the written quote 4 months into the whole fiasco by refusing to do the most important item therein if we didn't pay them an additional $3, 750! This was the absolute last straw so we pulled the plug and went with our own programmer. Do you think we gave them enough chances, was this too hasty? And now more recently, Jim Lacey has done all kinds of fun stuff. He illegally attempted to take down a couple gripe sites which I put up to expose his crimes and fraudulent dealings by lying to my host. Of course it didn't work since they know he's a fraud and now I have even more evidence against him including libel and perjury. He's also went around saying I did all kinds of crazy stuff and that WE OWE HIM $10, 000! I have never in my life of 39 years ran into a liar as well practiced and outlandish as Mr Lacey. This guy is as sick, hateful and larcenous as they get. If you want pain and heartache, just buy something from any company he's associated with! To my knowledge those are TSS Enterprises, Omni-Secure, Camdoor and The Smoke Stop all out of Austin, Texas. If you've had a similar problem with this ### please drop me a note from the email link on one of our fraud exposure sites we set up for Jim Lacey and his other business called camdoor. If anyone wants to know more all they have to do is google "Omni-Secure Fraud" or "Camdoor Fraud" or "Camdoor Review". And for Jim who fraudulently claims to have sent me all kinds of legal notices: Again, my mailing address is 3800-A Bridgeport Way #302, University Place, WA 98466. I have yet to receive one single piece of mail from Omni-Secure but I do welcome the day when I see them in court to face justice. OK, everybody, now it's Jim's turn! Watch how he'll say absolutely anything to make you believe giving him money is safe. And be well advised that everything that comes out of his mouth will be an outrageous lie. Watch out!

Killer R, who is actually
David William Allender
Hiding out in Manson, Washington
for any who need to serve him...
--- An Austin Travis County Texas judge today ordered Defendant David William Allender, president of Awesome’s Diversified, Inc., (ADI), to pay up in Texas, awarding Plaintiffs in a case versus Allender a $10, 000 default judgement.

The Plaintiffs — Jim Lacey and Jon Hoffman of TSS Enterprises/Omni-Secure — presented convincing evidence in their lawsuit against Allender to show that Allender failed to render full payment after a 3-month customized software project the Plaintiffs were contracted to build for Allender and ADI. Said Lacey after the victory, “Justice has been served. We faithfully executed our part of the bargain and uploaded the completed project to Mr. Allender’s server. Mr. Allender then changed the username and password to the server so we could not access the software, filed disputes with PayPal for remuneration of payments he had made, and got away with the software on which a balance was still due.” Lacey states that Allender not only refused to pay the remaining balance but haughtily declared he would modify the software any way he chose.

Allender’s physical address is not known, though Plaintiffs report he is believed to live in a somewhat remote area of Washington near the small community of Manson. “He hides out somewhere up in the mountains” says Lacey.

The Plantiffs have doggedly pursued Allender some 8 months, finally tracking him down to an undisclosed property in the Manson area.

Allender is presumed to be the sole registered agent of the ADI corporation he presides over as president. Plaintiffs Lacey and Hoffman were angered by Biennial, Periodic, Annual and Amended records on file at the Secretary of States Office in Colorado, to whom Allender has apparently submitted reports for 16 years that cite office addresses in the Fort Collins area Lacey believes are all bogus. He complains that attempts to locate Allender at any of the declared locations proved futile and revealed that the most recent address on file for Allender is a Gilgalad Way address in Fort Collins, Colorado that turns out to be a computer repair shop.

Says Lacey, “This latest address at Gilgalad Way opens a whole new can of worms because it is apparently within a sub-divison of Fort Collins that strictly disallows home businesses.” That would mean neither ADI nor the computer shop legally qualifies to conduct business there, he explains.

Adding to the mystery is an inquiry launched by Lacey to computer shop owner, Robert R. Sireno, in which Lacey asks for clarification of ownership of the shop and how many other businesses are operating out of the location. “What I got was a Cease and Desist email, ” says Lacey, “in which Mr. Sireno stated any further attempts to contact him would be reported as criminal harrassment.” Lacey finds Sireno’s reaction “a little defensive to say the least, ” and notes that Sireno has since posted a new address online for the shop’s location.

He meanwhile recalls his determination to find Allender, beginning with his very first attempt in November of 2010 when he “Googled” ADI and got 86, 300, 000 hits. “I wondered, Lord, how will I ever sift through 86 million possibilities?” But sift he did, and as fate would have it — together with a lot of luck, he admits — Lacey was able to associate Allender’s name with records on file at the SOS, Colorado office. And yet the trail would get longer, a lot longer, before Lacey finally discovered two address on file serving as Allender’s legal business address. One of these was in Colorado, the other in Washington.

Lacey decided to chase the Washington lead first. It was shown as a suite (“ste”) located on Bridgeport Way in the upscale area of posh University Place, Washington. His excitement over having finally closed in on locating and serving Allender was quickly diffused however, when the “suite” in question turned out to be UPS mailbox (“…with presumably very small furniture, ” quips Lacey).

After much ado about plenty, Lacey says he served Allender at both of the legal addresses to be safe. Allender, whose online assaults of Lacey especially, but of Hoffman as well, totally shocked the Plaintiffs when he chose to ignore an opportunity to finally face off against the pair in court, a legal battle Allender has widely advertised he could hardly wait for. But he failed to respond in writing or to appear before the Justice of the Peace, Pct 1, Travis County, Texas, and his window of opportunity to do so closed 9 May 2011. Accordingly, the judge in the case granted the Plaintiffs a default judgment.

Allender side-kick and employee Peggy Star, initially named in the lawsuit, had meanwhile disavowed any ownership in ADI and stated unequivocally that she was not a registered agent for the corporation. As the lawsuit was styled against both Star dba ADI and Allender dba ADI, the Plaintiffs were agreeable to dismiss charges against Star. This left Allender to face the music alone. Having already ignored his opportunity to appear, the Plaintiffs asked for and were granted default judgment in the lawsuit.

Allender is hardly out of the woods. He faces possible new lawsuits from Lacey — two in fact, one for Defamation and another for Copyright Infringement. Lacey was asked if he intends to file an abstract of lien on Allender’s real property. He could also pursue a Writ of Execution to seize assets to satisfy the judgement. Lacey says, “That all depends on Mr. Allender, to whom I offered a non-monetary judgment at least two months ago under which we’d both cease and desist our differences with one another online and turn the page of peace. Mr. Allender responded, ‘F… your truce’. He’s a difficult individual, ” notes Lacey.
