James Peter Burg "Jim Burg" and his wife Suzanne Cardin Burg are operating a fraud ring under various names, including Superior Discount Coins, which has several web sites including www. superiordiscountcoins.com and www.yourcoinbroker.com; and several corporate names including Your Coin Broker, or YCB, Gold Run Investments, and Blue Moon Ranch. They have a Federal case pending for fraud and an Entry of Default was entered because they did not even try to defend themselves. They prey on the elderly. Here is a quote from the latest victims:
"We are an older couple who are trying to get by in this country with very little this was an investment for future times we wired 50K in December, 2008 nothing received to this date but empty promises."
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JIM BURG AND HIS WIFE SUZANNE CARDIN BURG. THEY WILL RIP OFF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND GIVE YOU NO COINS.
There is an active FBI investigation.

Beware, you are on your own! Judge Michael Hegarty set bond for Jim Burg today, January 14, 2013. This will allow him to out and "get a job" as the judge recommended, as long as he doesn't use an alias or sell commodities. Anything else is fair play. His defense attorney's defense was that he gave the coins or money back to two thirds of his clients so he had a pretty good record. It's just that the rest of us (the one third) that had a problem, he can't be blamed for that, can he.
People beware, the "justice" system isn't interested in protecting us from people like Jim Burg or Suzanne Cardin. They've defrauded everyone and the government certainly doesn't care to spend the time to help those of us who don't steal. Jim goes by the name of Tim Burke and Suzanne goes by the name of Elyse so again, beware. It won't be long before they start down this path again. This certainly isn't going to stop them.
